On August 29th of this year I saw Dr.***** ***** for followup visit concerning my left elbow which has a combination of tennis elbow and a torn tendon.At that time surgery was both discussed and agreed upon at which time I was told that I would be contacted about available surgery dates and times.It has now been 8 days and I still have not heard from the Orthopaedics dept.about this as I have made 2 calls with still nothing being done.I called this afternoon the 7th of sept and was told by the receptionist up front that the person responsible for doing all secheduled surgeries had quit and at the time I explained that this was a much needed surgery.As of this writing I still have not heard backBusiness response

The patient has been contacted by leadership regarding his complaints. I personally spoke with the patient and was transparent about our staffing shortages and apologized for the delay in treatment. Since the date of this submission the patient has been successfully examined and treated.
