On 12/9/23, I called Jeff's Refrigeraton to repair my refrigerator's ice maker. The business came to my house on 12/11/23 and said I needed a part which he would order. He asked for payment of the service call ($80) and for the part that he ordered ($168.29). The total was $248.29 which I paid by my check # ****. He returned in a few days with a part that wasn't correct. He said he would re order the part and if it wasn't available, he would refund the cost of the part. I have called several times and the owner at one point asked me to send a copy of the original bill. When I called again, he said his CPA was supposed to send me a refund. MY last contact with the business was on 1/26/24. I was told again that a refund would be sent to me. Since then, I haven't attempted to reach the business because it seemed clear that I wouldn't be receiving a refund. The business invoice had a BBB sticker on it and his written total included a notation of "God Bless". The business owes me a $168.29 refund for the part that I never received. I apoligize for the oversight. The part that was ordered came in wrong, however we never recieved the correct part. After reviewing, I have no record of her being re-imbursed. I will mail a check today in full.
