My wife and I had the same experience as James H. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Victor Serrano is the owner and he just took our money and never performed the work. We agreed to pay then entire amount due of $5,000 upfront to expedite the project. Alarm bells went off when the check was cashed within a few hours. We knew this because the person cashing the check called and wanted to know our personal information. My bank still does not have a copy of the cancelled check. We paid on May 18, 2022, and he committed to doing the job by the end of May. He didn't schedule the job in May, June or July so we cancelled the order and asked for a refund. He agreed. As of late October we have not received our refund. STAY AWAY from Victor and his company. We failed to do our due diligence and paid the price dearly.

Like everyone said below: GARBAGE. THIEF. CROOK! He quoted us $22K to completely rebuild/regrade our driveway to allow for water flow underneath. Three months AFTER we gave him $10K down payment, he finally started after much threatening. He kept putting it off saying it was going to rain that week. Dude, we live on planet Earth. It will always be weathering. So he starts with one plan, which changes almost daily. Until we're near the end... and he's lining the inlet with concrete blocks and plans to line the outlet with the same. The pipe also isn't flush with the ground so the water rushing through would create an eddy AND mud pit. By this point, we'd already paid him the second installment. We fired him and told him to come pick up the equipment. He states he'll pull the materials HE'S ALREADY INSTALLED! We had to stop his workers from dismantling the work they already did, at which point they became irritated and surrounded my husband stating "We need to get paid". So I'm pretty sure Victor Serrano F***** doesn't pay his workers ethically, either. They finally left with their stuff and left the equipment that was already installed. He half-assed everything, constantly asking for more money and using the cheapest equipment, materials and methods (which aren't even typical drain styles). We're out ~$14.5K and we'll have to fork out MORE money to have someone come assess, repair and complete the job properly. Trust the reviews and don't take a risk on him. Please. You'll never get your money back and based on other reviews, he'll just declare bankruptcy or write you a check that will bounce. Merry Christmas and happy New Year,
