I used Millennium Pools to close my pool last Fall. They broke my pool vacuum when doing so. They would not admit to breaking it and said it was like that when they arrived. It was not. It took several heated phone calls before they admitted fault and offered to repair it. I had to call again in the Spring to have them return it. When I opened the pool myself this Spring, I found they had left one of the return valves open. Over the next week, each time I would run the pool, I had to add water to it because there was a leak somewhere. When I called to ask if they could come out and see what went wrong, they said they did everythiIng properly at closing and it wasn't their fault. I reiterated that the valve was left open and that the pool didn't leak when I last used it in the Fall. Again, they said they did nothing wrong. They offered to come out and test it at a cost of $500. They said IF they found they were at fault, they wouldn't charge me the $500, but then reiterated they weren't at fault. I wasn't about to have them come pressure test the lines saying they would only do it if I agreed to pay the $500. I paid them to close the pool in the event something went wrong, I assumed they would come take care of it. Several more weeks have passed and each time I run the pool I have to put more water in it. I would like Millennium Pools to come pressure test the lines and see why I am losing water without charging me, since I believe it is a direct result of them not closing the pool properly.
