This concerns the fraudulent use of my credit card number a mere 4 hours after using it at the restaurant in ********* Va. No card was used to make a purchase, just the card number. I have had the card for years and never had a problem. Your claim of being interested in customer satisfaction doesn’t ring true, as there is no way to speak with a human being at your company. All queries only lead to your website, and that leads to being ignored.Customer response

Four hours after I used my ******* *** credit card at the Burger King in *********, a charge was put on the card, my bill stating no actual card was used, for $30 at a website called “*********** ******” I have never heard of the site, don’t know what was purchased, but it occurred at 9:36 that night. BK was the only time that day I used the card, at 5:40. I have had the card for years, and I have never had any problem.Initial Complaint

Very Rude Business. Customers treated horribly and continually harassed by employees when reviewing the business. Manager at the ********* ** Bk cusses his customers and violated hippa guidelines but still Burger King does Nothing. Their excuse is they can’t get anyone to work, so customers have to deal with what they have.
