Over the past year, I had perceived that Cardinal was undergoing a shift, leaning more toward selling things, then toward doing the right thing. I was about to cancel my plumbing inspection, contract for next year, and I was turned around by Andrew. He was personable and knowledgeable, and seems to be someone of integrity. I explained what I experienced in my previous plumbing inspection and we talked about it. Andrew did an inspection that pointed out some things to think about and he fixed one thing. I really appreciated him and will request him for future inspections.Review from Charlien S

Anthony came out the same morning I called for a toilet repair. He replaced two parts and gave me estimates on several future projects. I was surprised at how low the prices were! Anthony is a courteous, knowledgeable and friendly man, and he worked with precision and attention to details. I was very comfortable having him in my house, and he earned my trust. Andrew, was called to give a price estimate on fixing issues I was having with shower drain. Andrew was very knowledgeable. I was happy that Cardinal plumbing could come out the same day. The service tech, Andrew, was polite, worked fast, not messy and seemed knowledgeable. He stayed around to make sure that the new handiwork was working with a different appliance. Very professional. The overall service cost about twice as what I had hoped for. Some of it may be the inflation/after pandemic increase, but it still caused a "sticker shock". Makes you wonder if they don't give estimates over the phone on purpose. Only four stars because of lack of upfront (by phone) transparency.Review from Molly W

We have been using Cardinal plumbing and services for the past 10 years! They have knowledgeable service people and office staff! Never been disappointed. I recommend them to all of my neighbors, too! Thank you, Cardinal!
