I saw the negative review and being a business owner in my past life, I understand you cant please everyone. So I must leave a review with my experience. I find they are great with my dog who is far from easy. She happily walks through the door to get her hair and nails done. I am never dissatisfied in any way, always a good outcome, no complaints. Just came home from having my difficult to handle long haired cat groomed. They did an absolute outstanding job. They are folks who understand cats and how to handle them. If you deal with a long hair cat that requires help this is the place I would recommend very highly....5 stars !!!! I no longer have to hunt for help.....God Bless.Review from Carlos M.

The only good thing about this place is they refund me the money after I wasn't satisfied the owner was nice over the phone but the groomer working for her is a disrespectful combative aggressive human being I don't know why businesses employ people like that the gentleman on the counter was nice but her she came from the back to started shouting arguing ready to fight and I am sure the owner is going to write an excuse for her that's the model all owners do put an counter response to every complaint so there business looks good and responding to all complaints but the reality is that like the owner said the groomer doesn't explain well what your dog needs she said she explain for 20 minutes lie lie I came in about 11:55am I was out of there by 12:02pm if it was 20 I should have left by 12:30 . They did the same thing they did to Mr. ******** the other 1 star review hmm maybe some people are in denial that they need to change how they do things. I wish I took time to read reviews before I took my dog to this place . Who wants to be received and deal with low of the lowest combative aggressive people. Unprofessional. I feel bad for the owner because she is a nice lady but her people not a chance. One more thing before I finish let me say this dog is certifieda Emotional support service animal . How this dog is going to emotionally support someone if the shave him down looking completely different for his owner that is in deeper depression now after they put there hands on it . And for the groomer there is a nice tool you can buy call DEMATTING DE-SHEDDING AND ALSO A COMB yes the oners need to comb there dogs every day but there is also tools were you can use and do not need to be shaving every dog that come thru the doors . I have read all bad reviews now AND IS NOT THE FIRST TIME YALL SHAVE A DOG DOWN TO THE SKIN .SHAME ON YOU .NOW if you reader if you on a bread that is not fluffy or don't care about cutting your puppy down by all means go ahead cause you don't ha
