On June 16 2022 Able Asphalt was to apply asphalt with a concrete white topping. Their work was absolutely horrible. They also gave me a quote before they begin and charged me twice as much when it was completed. Their preparation and drainage was done incorrectly. Instead of having a level patio we have water that is now flowing straight to the foundation of our house on the right side of the patio and on the left side we have standing water on the patio. We have never had any problems with drainage until Able Asphalt graded our yard for the patio. Second Able Asphalt was suppose to put asphalt with a concrete white topping . In just a few weeks we have so many cracks that we now have grass growing through the asphalt and the concrete. Some of edges are cracking too. I have asked them to come back and repair the patio. I have not had any return visits for any repairs. I have asked for my money back since they are not fixing their mistakes and they overcharged me. They have not returned my money. They also charged me TWICE as much as they said the would when they begun. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I do not suggest anyone using them for any asphalt or concrete work. I ask that Able Asphalt , ************** either return my money or fix all the problems with the patio immediately.Business response

I had Able Asphalt pave my entire driveway back in March of this year (2022) and the driveway is already coming up in multiple places. I have repeatedly called Able Asphalt at ************* and either have not received a response at all or when I did reach someone was told they would have someone call me back which they never did. I spent close to $60,000 to have this driveway done and it is now rapidly come apart. I have all my receipts and also the time and dates of all the phone calls to them.Business response
