Hello . I purchased flowers for a sympathy reason for a friend on Saturday April 2nd. Attached below is what I purchased vs what I received. I contact the buisness on Monday April 4th to explain that what I received was unacceptable and I would like a refund and am willing to have my friend bring the flowers back. The man on the phone checked the order and became angry because he said he put them together himself . He started to yell at me stating that what was sent out what the same at the picture. I ask for his name and he says he's the owner Todd. The most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. Literally threw a temper tantrum over a customer requesting a refund. Not only do I need a refund , I need an apology for the unnecessary yelling and childish like behavior.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/04/18) */ The flower arrangement had the flowers that the recipe calls for. It was arranged be a floral designer and was arranged accordingly. This customer used profanity and we do not extend refunds for services delivered.
