Business continuously sends unwanted offers to refinance mortgage despite repeatedly writing "refused- return to sender" on envelopes, business has even called me at work and continued trying to sell me a refinance after I said "no thank you".Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* I have followed their instructions for not receiving additional mailings and was told over the phone they would honor my demand to no longer receive bulk mail or phone calls. If I receive further contact from this business again a new complaint will be filed. As of June 21, 2024 I consider my complaint resolved.
