I would give Fusion Pools a 0 if it was an option. I hired them to clean my pool. I told them in the beginning it had not been opened in 2 years and there was debris in the pool. (I'm 65 and that's the most difficult part of opening the pool). That's why I hired someone to do it! I asked them if they could clean it and they said yes. In my mind, cleaning the pool means getting the pool ready to swim in. Obviously, in their mind that means we'll put some chemicals in and that will take care of the problem. They charged me $*** * chemical costs for 3 visits. In those 3 visits they were at my house for a total of 3 hours (30 min., 30 min., 40 min., and 1 hr. - added a 4th visit because I requested it.) On the 1st visit they told me the casing was cracked on my Pentair pump and sent me 2 quotes: 1 for the casing only (****) and 2 for a pump and motor (*****). I opted for the 2nd and could not longer use my Pool Pilot or my Polaris because they put in a Hayward. If they'd told me that, I would have had someone else do it. During the visits, they put chemicals in my pool, brushed the sides, dumped the skimmer buckets and vacuumed the shallow end, which are maintenance services, not cleaning! They never attempted to remove the debris from the deep end, which would have put the pool in a position for the ******* to finish the job (if it was operable!) The only chemicals that would have been effective until the debris was removed was shock. They told me they would continue to come for $** a visit. I declined! I received a bill at the end of the 4 days for *******. **** for the labor (obviously) and $****** for chemicals. I wouldn't have given them *** for labor! It took me 3 days to clean out the debris, after I reshocked the pool and could see the bottom on the first shock (don't know what they were using). I had a garbage can full of wet leaves from the deep end of the pool I would not recommend this company to anyone!
