Purchase paid in full on 08/06/2021 for $1368.20 for 12 x ************************************* color Sea Salt from ********************** Carpet, LLC Mrs * ********************** Sales ********* were promised the carpet within a two-week time frame. It has been over 2 years & 2 months of waiting, calling, in person inquiries and demands for a refund of money paid to NO AVAIL. Always given an excuse or false promise. We have tried backing out the charges thru our Bank, and have contacted an attorney. We were unable to pursue because of serious/grave health issues in a timely manner.We want a REFUN* of monies paid in good faith. ********************** Mrs ********************** continue to evade calls & numerous attempts to get a reimbursement of the $1368.20Business response

Indeed this has slipped through the cracks and I am so sorry to have delayed in this refund.
We will mail the check via our bookkeeper this week, no later than Friday, November 10th. We will send it to the ********************* address unless it needs to be delivered elsewhere.
Again, our sincerest apologies.

I am writing to advise that we have NOT received a check from Miller Carpets, LLC of *********.
We have attempted to drop in during business hours & request our refund in person, but continue to get the same excuse from Mrs. ********************** (that she does not sign the checks, her husband does & he is not available. She always promises that they will call or send the check ASAP). Nothing materializes. No call. No check.
We dont want to take this matter to small claims court, but yet another month has passed and I am beginning to worry about more delay tactics.
Please advise the next step of resolving this issue.
