      I was a rep for Peachy Holler, which meant when I bought materials I got free things made. I gave the owner of peachy holler monsters inc fabric, and some tshirts. She was suppose to upcycle them into items for my daughter. She picked them up in May from my house in ******, it’s now October. When I ask her about the order, she said she shipped it but will not give me any tracking information, told me she is not worried if I receive my items or not and blocked me. I have reached out to prior customers and they have the same experiences as well.

      Yes, some statements in this report are true but some are not. ****** was a brand ambassador for my shop and she did receive one free upcyle from me that she has not picked up and has since been forfeited. She is upset since being dropped for scamming people in her shop called **** *** ********* *** * *** ********, she had told people I was suppose to make her so many sweater rompers and such so she was dropped from my shop for defamation of character, I have proof of this as well if needed but do not wish to open a case against her shop at this time.. She has harassed me on my personal account, so I did block her on Facebook on my personal account.She has not reached out via email like other customers and is very aware of the policies. The monsters inc fabric was in February, attachments show the date and that she already received them. Her free upcyle has been ready since July and has been sitting outside waiting on her to pick up but after missed pick up days the order is forfeited. The missed pick up policies have been in place since 2021. Attachments show proof of everything, I hope this matter can be resolved. Thank you.

      Absolutely not, there is a no refund policy that has been in place prior to this complaint. The monsters inc fabric was already provided to you in a free outfit.

      I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I have sent emails and am blocked on everything else. When I am told it has been shipped I should not have to contact you just to be ignored. It was not just one free item. There was a 4th of July peplum I paid for, my romper upcycle, plus another outfit made from my monsters inc left overs and an item in the target left overs. You have lied to me and the BBB multiple times. You have told me my items have been shipped but refused to provide any tracking information. Now that the BBB is involved, my items mysteriously are sold to others? So I want my money back for false shipment & materials I paid for OR I want my items.       As stated before, YES ******** ******* is blocked on my personal facebook account. I do not have to let her have access to my personal account when she could have texted me or emailed me like every other customer. Screenshots attached show she has NOT reached out to me in any other way. I think it's crazy each time she replies she adds something new she supposedly never received.I showed the polices, proof and my side. What else is there do?
