I recently noticed a charge of $75 on my account for a service that I never received, two times I have tried to attend a scheduled meeting with **. ************************** and both times the link was unsuccessful in connecting. I called the first time and received a call the following day, I was informed that no one will answer the phones after 5, to which leaves with no recourse of reaching someone with my problem. The following day I was called and informed that I would be charged $75 for a service. I filled out the paper work but I am not a client until I am able to speak with someone or meet with the Counselor first, therefore I never received a service, and would like my $75 refunded please. Please contact me as soon as possible, or I will be forced to file a complaint with the BBB and the County. Thank youBusiness response

To: <***********************************>Regarding the above matter, before our clients are scheduled they must have completed our intake forms which explain that appointments which are missed without notice or canceled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of $75. This client missed their initial session, for which they were not charged. They then scheduled and missed their second appointment, for which they were charged. They called after hours and thus were not able to reach the Office Manager to request a refund. When they called during office hours they spoke to the Office Manager and they were immediately refunded their money and their case was closed. This complaint was filed prior to them calling during office hours, as instructed on the voice mail. Thus there had been no opportunity for us to resolve the problem prior to the complaint being filed with you. We have been in business in Woodbridge since 2001 and have never had a complaint of any kind filed against us.
