      Both ****** and **** and the finance department failed to properly fill out load papers. They both lied about the loan papers. And I can prove it. ********************* up on the phone when I started asking questions that he failed to process the loan paperwork.

      Capital city gmc lied about my first complaint against them. I never filled out a credit application. The manager took my license and filled out the application. After reviewing the application and contract I told the manager that my address is wrong. The manager said oh ok Ill correct that later. The manager lied to me and never corrected my mailing address. They lied about correcting the address because I mentioned it 3 times that my address was wrong on the contract. I have proof that I told them my correct address because I have the temporary registration in my hand that the manager wrote in his hand writing my correct address. The dmv has my correct address but the manager never corrected the financial paperwork. ** lied about the response that I had told the manager 3 times that my address was incorrect. The manager never corrected my address. Now I never received any financial paperwork from ally financial and now because of gmc not correcting my address my credit is damaged. I am a victim the manager not doing his job and I will suffer for years because of the manager failing to process the correct address. Im not sure if I need to *** each ****** involved in the sale personally because of false information on my application. The manager and sales person are both at fault

      **************** failed to give the financial company my correct address for my loan. I have not received any paperwork on the loan. And this caused me to have late charges and damage my credit. I expect my credit be corrected and billing info corrected. Gmc has damaged my credit score.

      I attached the consumers handwritten credit application and we used what was on it. Since being notified we have contacted ********* and requested they ad the *********** box. Sorry for any misunderstanding.

      On March 19th I purchased a 2018 dodge ram cummins from Capitol City. Shortly after we noticed there was a leak in the front axel seal, had my mechanic look at it, he said its been leaking for awhile. Called april 12th to Capitol city, they said bring it in. I was told if i was unhappy with it for any reason in the first 30 days i could be returned, all id have to pay is a mileage fee. April 15th Drove an hour and 20 mins to them for my appointment for them to tell me they wouldn't fix it. They told me I was over my mileage for them to fix it, that they would pay for half of it as a courteous. I told them I wanted to return it, since it was still under 30 days. They wouldn't allow me to return it, now I'm stuck with a truck that needs repairs.

      I have a truck that was purchased through this company and is under warranty. It was brought down in Oct of 2021 and was told all it needed was an alignment and the problem never went away brought it back down and was told that it needed a new hub assembly. I was told to continue driving it but they would not cover any damage that *** occur as it was warn. I have called numerous times to check in and get the same response that there are none to be had. They don't have a loner and never offered a loner or any assistants. This truck would not pass inspection at this point and could be a health hazard. This is a work truck which means loss of business if not fixed.

      We understand the customers concern and once again apologize for any inconvenience this has caused with the delay of the part. The customer came in on Dec. 22, 2021 with a concern of a vibration when in 4WD. The technician diagnosed a noise coming from right front wheel bearing hub assembly. At that point there was no inventory available from *************** We then put this part on what is called a ****. Essentially, if there is another dealer that has this hub and is willing to release it to us we would then be able to install in the customers vehicle. We have had no dealers respond willing to release this part. ************** states that there will be a update on 2/7/2022. Case # G08575582.

      As soon as this part becomes available it is our number one priority to satisfy the customers needs. Please feel free to reach out with any other questions.

      Capitol GMC in ********** ** promised me the following but failed to deliver:1) At the time of vehicle purchase, I was promised 4 new shocks, but I was only given 2. I was never given the remaining 2 shocks.2) I paid $595 to get this vehicle clear-coated. Once done, I was not happy with the outcome, and the dealer promised to reapply the clear coat. That was never done.Note - For mediation of this complaint, please call me at the number provided as that is the best way to contact me.

      The agreement was the customer would receive the same suspension that comes on a GMC truck with option code Z71. The Z71 suspension is Rancho brand rear shocks ONLY, which we provided the factory specs to support. The customer assumed it was all 4 shocks, we have discussed this at exhausting lengths and this will be my last attempt in doing so. As far as the paint sealant is concerned we will be more that happy to address that if it was done incorrectly. I provided a copy of the we owe that says it is Rancho shocks and that is what he received.
