I bought a plugin bundle from them. The listed price was $499 but after discount it would come down to $279. I clicked on the checkout page and my subtotal came to $279 and when I clicked complete it went back up to $499 and this was not what I was expecting at all. I am not willing to pay that much and would like my amount to be reduced to $279. I took a screenshot of the check out page.Customer response

The last day of our Holiday Sale was January 1, ****. This customer purchased our product on January 2, **** at 606pm EST for the regular list price of $499. This customer tried several attempts all at the $499 price before his 4th attempt went through. There shouldve been no indication to this customer that the price was still the sale price of $279. And furthermore, this customer requested a refund on January 17, **** and was issued the refund the next day on January 18, ****. This customer also was using two different email addresses which prolonged and confused the process.
