placed an order for almost $80.00 worth of hostas and never received items....notified that company was unable to fulfill order and offered cancelation with refund... never received a refund and constant emails on my part have gone unanswered. very frustrating and disheartening,,,,they gladly took my money but are unwilling to return it. automated email message is sent to me every time i try to contact them. warning all to stay away from this business and avoid all potential dealings with them- scam artists!!Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. Still out $80. - no word from Green Mountain- yet they are still in business?? Really upsetting they stole from me and countless other patrons.Business response

We have been recovering from last year's floods and have yet to receive our BEGAP aide for recovery or refunds. We will be notifying everyone once we are able to remedy the situation. Until then, and unfairly to our customers, we must prioritize our current financial losses/family needs over customer service and ********************** admin time. I placed an order with this company on 8/23/22 (#****), which I never received. In June of 2023, I received an email stating that the company would not be able to ship my order and I was given the option to pick it up in person or cancel for full refund. I opted to cancel and notified this company on 6/15/23. Have sent many emails inquiring about refund with no response. Still have not received refund or any communication from this company.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on April 25, 2023 for plants that totaled $70.In June I received an email from the company saying they were overwhelmed with orders and were offering people to cancel orders and recieve a refund, or continue waiting. I sent a response requesting the cancelation and refund.After no response or refund, I continued calling and emailing for months with no success in getting a hold of them. I received several mass messaging emails later saying the refunds would soon be processed. It has been 7 months and I have still been able to talk to a representative, or recieve a refund.Customer response

I purchased 8 "**************************** Hostas" from Green Mountain Nursery (East *****, **) on April 25, 2023 and never received them. I have tried contacting said company a few times, as they never answer their phone, nor responded to my calls/emails. Although I would have really loved to received my hostas, I am requesting a $82.00 REFUND, instead. Lots of negative customer comments about ******************************************************************, as this adds further MIS-trust on my end. More detailed information, including my receipt, are attached.
