I am writing this complaint about beans homes as they are trying to scam me out of fixing my home and paying outstanding bills that I have sent them. This business has been nothing but a nightmare to work with. ***************** is the owner and has been avoiding/refusing to talk or return any of my emails. Their workers were smoking in my home and littering around the property when installing my home. There is a laundry list of warranty work that needs to be done and still has not been done. The home was installed in June a day early and nobody notified us. I have had to have the gas lines removed in the home (in my contract I stated I didn't want them), I have had to replace a broken water line to my fridge that was damaged by Beans and I am being charged an extra $1200 from my electrician because there was no communication from Beans regarding how to connect the power to the two halves of the home. He had to make numerous trips to my home and spend hours under the home cutting instillation and looking for the connector. I have sent them these 3 bills and filled numerous complaints about not getting my warranty work done and still have not had a single bill paid. My electrician is taking legal action against me now that the bill is 3 months over due. My front door was damaged by Beans and has not been fixed. MY door handle has broken off and the door does not open nor close and is now being taped shut. I am at my **** end and don't know what else to do. I call and send emails to Beans every single day and nobody returns my phone calls. Please help me!Business response

FAQI have been waiting for a phone call from the owner for months now regarding money that is owed and to talk about damages/employees that caused damage to my property. I have sent over 14 emails with four people from Beans including the owner and still have not received any response from him. Never in my life have I dealt with someone so unprofessional within owning a business.
