      On may 6th 2022 I went to verdant auto sales in ****** ** and purchased a car that was sold to me under false pretense they told me the car was recently serviced and a few months down the road the radiator blew so I had to fix that and then a couple more months later the pedal sensor failed and I tried to return or see if verdant auto sales could help me fix it and they refused they also made me pay them the car payment which I later found out I shouldnt have been paying them and in fact I shouldve been paying the bank not them they have a lot of similar reports about selling broken cars and falsely demanding buyers to pay them instead of the bank this was my first car so I didnt know any better and they took advantage of that but after seeing the comments on this company I shouldve known better I unfortunately had the car repoed due to me not paying the bank and paying the dealership instead its really unfortunate that I found out about you guys so late but its worth a try to see if you guys can put an investigation on this.I also have a picture of the same people I paid the car bill to saying they didnt receive my payment which at the time didnt make any sense to me due to me just paying them

      After reviewing everything. The Malibu went through our service department as does everyone of our vehicles. I see where **************** used the warranty that was on the Malibu. The money we received was for the $1,000 down payment. The screenshot that **************** sent was for a collection account that he had. We had loaned **************** the $502.27 to pay off the collection account. Which he did come back and pay us for. We never received any money for payments that were supposed to go to the bank.

      Like I said yall sell faulty cars and try to turn it around on the people multiple other people had the same problem and it was more then $1,000 and when I tried to ask yall for help your service center said they werent able to help me out so I dont appreciate how you can sit there and try to switch it on me and I really need to help put your business to a stop you guys are still selling bad cars and thinking its cool to get over on people dont take my word check out the reviews that I have provided and you will see it all sounds familiar its not just me there is a whole list stop trying to get over on people and blaming them for not knowing about your shady business

      I dont feel like it got resolved I really had trust in the BBB for the people but the VERDANT AUTO SALES LLC got away with multiple issues which is unfair I have supporting pictures of how they do business I dont need to say much.

      Vehicle: 2014 ****** XV Crosstrek (VIN: *****************)1. In mid-July, 2021, I went to Verdant Auto Sales in ******, ** searching for a used car. I could not afford the $30.00 car fax fee so I asked the car salesperson, Marciano, who said on the day of signing/ purchasing the car that he would provide it to me. He did not. I asked him questions regarding the car's history and anything I would need to know. The vehicle was misrepresented because I was told it was a great vehicle with no issues.2. I tried selling it to an authorized ************* in ******, ** today. They would not purchase the vehicle. On 1-26-2022, ********************************* provided a CARFAX report showing I purchased the car on 7-27-2021. The CARFAX report shows Verdant Auto Sales had the car from 6-29-2021 as listed on the report: Sold by ****************************** (******, **). The current minimum monthly payment is $349.29. My financial situation has unfortunately changed, causing me to list the car online for sale. No one was responding. But I learned from reading the CARFAX today that there was "structural damage" reported on 7-5-2021 as listed on the CARFAX report. Report shows car was offered for sale on 7-12-2021 by Verdant Auto Sales. Verdant Auto Sales Never announced or read aloud to me that there had been structural damage reported at all either on the day of purchase or before or afterward.3. Later today, when I returned to **********, **, I shared everything with my lien-holder, WSECU (********** State *********************** and the branch manager I spoke with submitted copies of the CARFAX I was provided to another department with WSECU. I asked if WSECU knew about the structural damage when my application for the loan was being processed. I am waiting for response. No current Warranty on car.       After receiving the complaint from BBB, Verdant Auto Sales reviewed the transaction that occurred on 7-16-2021 with *************************. We spoke with the salesperson, Marciano, regarding ******* concern about the CARFAX. Our salesperson said that ****** was shown a copy of the CARFAX on the day of the purchase. And there was no $30 fee for a CARFAX that ****** indicated he could not afford since Verdant Auto Sales has a link to Carfax that is free of charge on every vehicle that is advertised on our website as well as all other advertising sources like Auto trader, Carfax, and CarGurus. In addition, at the time of purchase ****** was offered a service contract which he accepted and purchased but has since canceled his coverage. We appreciate the business of all of our customers and it is unfortunate that ******* financial situation has changed.
