We were looking for a professional printing solution. Stumbled upon zones.com in a search engine. The printer was listed on their website as low stock. Added to cart to buy but the purchase could not be completed without an account. An account cannot be created unless zones.com creates it. This was the first issue. Contacted zones.com and explained the problem. A representative replied back to our initial email to request details about our business. We shared these details including a phone number. zones.com did not create an account but took our details. In addition, after further inquiries, the representative told us the printer was not available. Inquired about the account and how our business details are handled and protected. Did not receive a reply. Their behavior is similar to asking a person their name, address and phone number and possibly without reasons. Would not have shared the business details with these people unless an account was created for business purposes (purchases). zones.com appear unethical and not to be trusted.
