Rainier fencing installed a black metal fence along the back property line of my neighbors and when they built the fence, they continued the fence over and into my property without my permission. They have a scam that they call a floating fence and they say this fence can float across the property line and theres no post on the other side, according to Washington state code cannot cross over any property line without permission. So they violated the codes, never checked for the property line when they installed this fence and when I spoke to the supervisor of the job, I explained to him where the property line was and he said that wasnt gonna be a problem and then at the end of the day they went across that line , I want the fence taken off of my property

****** ******* is not our customer. Please resolve this matter with your neighbor. We were contracted by your neighbor. We completed the work they contracted us to do. We have not heard from your neighbor that they need anything changed or moved. They can contract with us to revise or add any additional fencing.

We have been in contact with our customer the Vanden-Heuvel's. They will let us know when and if they need help with their fence in the future regarding this matter. It should be noted we were told by the Vanden-Heuvel's they received written authorization from the *** and Ms. ******* prior to having their fence installed.

Here is the email from the Hoa. Clearly states they gave no permission to cross property line. And I gave no permission to cross property line . I will send in another email showing where the property line is at the time of the project. I spoke with the supervisor and to him where the property line was, and he told me the fence post was going in one spot and that was it. I left for the day when I came back it was across the property line so they scammed me, they call it a floating fence. Never heard of such a thing neither has my lawyer.

After reviewing latest details it looks like ****** is on the right track working with her neighbors for a resolution. We are here to help with any requests from her neighbor for their fencing needs. If they ask us to remove the panel we will give a quote and upon their acceptance of quote we will make arrangements to remove. Right now we have not received any such requests. Thank you for the update.

With regards to a response about the **** We only reported what we heard from ******** neighbors in conversation. Please take the matter up with them. Hope this helps.

So I have had to hire a lawyer for over $2000 to write a demand letter , to *** and ***** for them to get off of my property. They have till September 25 to get it off of my property if they dont then I have to take it to courtagain and more money. at this point I feel rainier fencing Has instigated this idea of a floating fence over property lines to get peoples business. When I talked to the supervisor that day, I believe his name was ****. He indicated to me that they would not be going on my property, but in truth that was a lie that is why I filed the complaint on Rainier fencing. Because I believe they put this idea in to *** and Jerrys heads on how to cross a property line. I will be pursuing with my lawyer if theres anything I can do on the part of Rainier fencing, being negligent , at putting an idea into somebodys head , that its OK  to cross property line with a floating fence. So I will try and see if I can take this action against Rainier fencing with my lawyer.
