I scheduled a service to have my septic pumped. They did not pump it and charged my card on file for services I didn't need, nor did I ever approve. Absolutely crooked and horrible.A-Advanced Septic Services Inc Response

After calling to talk to **** as requested I was told **** was very busy and was unable to take a call. Perfectly fine, when will he return my call.i was told Id need to call **** back. Not my job.if **** wants to follow up as requested by a advanced septic **** can call me. You really need to watch what they are attempting to charge you for. We've caught several charges that did not apply and an incorrect tax rate.Response from the owner an hour ago *****, we are so disappointed by this review. A call for not working pump, Technician/sewer pumper came to pump out sewer tank and assed (called) pump is dead on black tar look cover on pump without electronic test. The technician (sewer pumped man) called in another (estimator) next day and he started working on pump taking pictures (model number ..) for replacement pump. A day after on call from him, he is still looking for replacement pump and he did call this replacement will cost thousands of dollars (?).Mean time, I have helping hand from neighbor who has similar problems with pump came by while assessing pump situation, telling that is easy to fix.. ***** minutes work to clean bottom by unscrewing bolts and cleaning screen that was true and pump still running pretty good still (a week). Technician heard what neighbor said, but he did ignore and send another technician to go on hunting new pump 2 days (sound more pay for rare pump). On a call from estimator, I told the pump is working and told wrong call from technician. Such arguable situation, company sent 2 electrician verified pump is fine and working.The company staff's wrong call and such ignorance almost cost me thousand of dollars.My feeling is that they (or company) are good at teasing (or scamming) poorly knowledgeable people. We have reviewed your account and are aware that you have a Keen pump installed at your home, which is a much less common pump type than your standard run-of-the-mill septic system pump. We would be extremely grateful for the opportunity to provide you some further education on this pump type including how to maintain them and keep them running for a longer lifespan, as well as make this situation right for you in whatever way you see reasonable. This place is past a nightmare. I paid them just shy of $3000 and the issue is worse than it was before.My septic control panel froze in the deep freeze this winter. I called this place in an emergency state (worst decision maybe I have ever made). I specifically told them on the phone it was a panel issue, the panel needs replacement. They sent out guys to pump the tank instead first? These guys did nothing but wash a filter and charge me $325 for a service call. Then they tell me the electricians will show up in a couple days or whenever they can.Next, the electricians show up the following week and say you need a new panel, and they tried charging me an extra $250 service call fee again on top of the $2,101 total to replace the panel. I miraculously was able to get that waived but paid the $2,101 to have them replace the control panel and switch (second mistake on my part). After the panel was installed, I was thinking thank God Im done with them, but no. The panel horn sounds off now every time I use the water. Horn sounding off all day and night long. Fortunately, I learned fast how to disable the horn.Here comes the third mistake. I called them back requesting to confirm the scope of work was handled accurately and to have them check to make sure the panel is installed correctly and to fix the alarm/horn issue, free of cost of course. My previous panel certainly did not have this issue sounding off all the time.They said yes but once again tried to charge me another $250 service call fee, I once again miraculously was able to get that waived. The electricians show up and now say I need new floats which will cost $550, interesting they did not say this when they installed the panel? I agree like an idiot, they install the floats (allegedly), they say it looks good and leave. Less than one hour after they left, the panel horn/alarm starts blaring again. Way over priced and irresponsive manager.Pumping septic tank was done ok but customer service was poor after making 3 attempts to talk to manager about the issues I had never returned my call I'll never use the again!A-Advanced Septic Services Inc Response

Do NOT use this company unless you want them reporting you to the King *** ************ about lies. They are money hungry only. They came out to pump our septic tank and told us we had a cracked pipe. They said they had to do a "stress test" before they could fix the pipe. They said it was leaking water, and they would "investigate" the problem for **** dollars. They then reported this to the health **** who said they would put a lien on our house if we didn't connect to sewer for ****** dollars. We called another company who did a stress test and they ran the water for 30 minutes and said there was no leakage. They investigated the problem for ****** dollars and said the pipe was the only issue. There is a reason this company has to use the letters A Advanced in order to get your business they need to be the first in the alphabet. ZERO STARS. Advise to stay away. Beware of their scare tactics and high-pressure-salesmanship. I requested an appointment to advise on a pipe I accidentally uncovered but was not on my septic drawings, and to ************. The technicians came the next morning (a Friday), efficiently setup and pumped my tank. Then looked at a pipe and told me it wasn't on my drawings so they couldn't fix it, but it was bad and King ****** Health would show up any minute because of this mess. BUT *I* told them on the phone the pipe wasn't on the drawings, I was expecting them to come with someone qualified to deal with that pipe!!! They filed their pump report, and marked the system as deficient and went away. No one else contacted me that day, which I thought was unprofessional since they made it sound like my system was such a hazard to the world. But not the first crappy contractor I've dealt with, so I decided to move on. Since they had already pumped the tank, I replaced the pipe myself over the weekend so my system wouldn't have a hole in it- problem fixed! When their "expert" finally contacted me, it was for a bid to fix my whole system. I showed him the pipe I had repaired, and asked if they could update their report that the hole was fixed. He said to update the report they would have to run a full test, and do full schematics, and when they test non-conforming systems as old as mine they *ALWAYS* find problems. And he suggested I really needed a new system, and that King ****** would insist on a long list of fixes if they saw what was going on. When I wanted to just get a bid to just test the old system, he said "I guess there's nothing to do here" and left.A short while later King ****** Health DID show up, and saw that there was no hazard and that the problem was fixed and did not make any more demands. I found a different company to test my system, and it performed as expected. At AAdvanced, our main priority is to make sure our customers are happy, healthy, and left with no question or concern about their system. There was only one person I was ever asked to contact after the initial pumping done by AAdvanced. When he showed up on site, and saw that I had repaired the problem pipe myself, he told me that if they were to test the system they ALWAYS found more problems, that *** lead to many other necessary fixes in order to "meet current king ****** requirements" then they'd have to install a new system anyway. I could "save" money by just updating the system. I said that I was sure that my system was grandfathered just the way it was, and that the repair of one pipe seems like too far to need new components to a system that showed no other signs of problems, except for the one - now repaired- pipe. He said there was nothing else to do then and left. I thought that might be the end of it. When I later heard that the report that was filed with King ****** for pumping did not include the fact that the pipe was repaired, I contacted him again, twice. I left a message that I would like the repaired pipe tested. With no response. And after thinly veiled threat of the assurance that they could test until they FORCED the system into failure when that is unnecessary according to king ******, would I choose to pursue any further??When I spoke with the King ****** Health representative, it became clear that the information I had gotten was ***be technically not false, it was delivered in probably as scary and bad a way as possible. Also, as I spoke to other septic professionals later about the scary possibilities originally quoted to me, but with out me ever mentioning the company I heard those things, every other company -- EVERY ONE OF THEM - said something along the lines of -- oh, you talked to AAdvanced. They ALL KNEW that your customers were provided scary stories about the problem and provided big dollar quotes.This is what lead me to want to let BBB know. If the rest of the industry so clearly knows this is the tactic of this company, how come that is not obvious to prospective customers online?Review from Charles l

I have had the unfortunate opportunity to have this company working on my street and septic for 3+ months and I am appalled at the lack of consideration for the community. We have only one road to enter and exit our community, we have been blocked in multiple times without proper notice. This company almost ignores our children as they try to walk to the bus or their homes. There are a few of the workers who seem like they care a bit. But, overall I'm constantly afraid for the safety of my family. This company posted a sign to contact and direct all questions to our manager. So, I do. They hit an old gas line one afternoon and it was super strong. I called the manager to inquire, after correspondence with my manager the worker started to say things like "could have just asked us" I was trying to follow their rules. They appear to be rude and have no respect for the rules.Review from Chad R

We are having an addition put on the house and needed to have the Septic system mapped out since the county has no record of the layout. A-Advanced came out inspected the system and pumped it. When leaving the technician ******* told us that everything looked fine. The next day we get a report that there are issues and has a huge estimate for us. Now we have to spend more money to start all over with a different company that won't lie to our face.
