              Our practice never setup a DOXO account but our patients are receiving notice from DOXO to pay their medical bills. Our patients are complaining that they are being charged for a service they never setup. Recently DOXO charged a recurring charge of $77 on a patient that has a zero balance due. The patient had to cancel their account to get the recurring payment to stop.I have spoken to a DOXO *** who stated the patient is responsible for setting up the account. The bill sent by DOXO to the patient has the incorrect information and the money is depositing to the incorrect account. Very dishonest service.Remove the Diabetes and ************** from your system.Terrible Service

              These people are billing me for garbage removal, I liven in ************** and use Highland sanitation. They have all my information and are sending bills. I spoke to the "real" Highland Sanitation located here in ** and they verified they do not use this company. My bank was able to recover a bill I paid, but I am really concerned about 1.) Doxo having my information, and 2) they have not responded to my attempts to contact them through their customer service. Not a trustworthy company with apparently no accountability as seen by not returning my messages.Thank you ***** ****** St **** MN 0 stars
