Venus ****** at SONOBELLO- Not Worth It! I paid for 12 treatments in 6 sessions - only the first visit had any effect...all 3 different providers on the treatment asked my me "what do you care about more, your neck or your upper arms?: Really? I bought 6 treatments each area, are you not able to treat both in a 75 min. appointment? They are not...that was a calendar, not a treatment window, I barely received 20 minutes each area and experienced NO results except redness after the first treatment. Note that the payment/cancellation period was past after my first visit, immediately time of application and effectiveness dropped on the 2nd thru 6th appt. Also disturbing, in that Venus treatments are sold as a skin-tightening solution, the treatments area were STRETCHED out by dragging the devise repeatedly resulting in my skin hanging MORE loosely for days...and then I was given a recipe to buy a Skin-tightening gel as an outside purchase "for better results". The 2 RN's that treated me were more convincing at my first 2 appts., the next 4 were given by an aesthetician who could not answer one question about the lack of evidence or efficacy of the treatment...she could not explain the settings, depth or heat in the device they use. They barely did my arms, doing one arm and then clock -watching and ******* the second arm. So that was $333 dollars an hour NOT - since I only received 40 minutes that is $500 an hour for zero results. Buyer Beware!!Sono Bello Response

I had the laser lipo on my upper/lower abdomen and waist. After the initial consult I was locked in by being pushed to put down a down payment which I was told I would not get it back if I were to all of a sudden cancel, AND my credit had been ran at that appt as well in order to finance. After that I had my preop appointment with the doctor and he straight told me to ignore anything I heard before about the procedure and that its extremely invasive and that it hurts. I was also told that I had a small hernia which I had no idea about before this but the doctor said it wouldnt be a problem. Yet still the nurses downplayed what the doctor said and said that the procedure is not that bad. I still had my doubts but went ahead with the procedure due to already being committed to it and that I would lose money if I didnt do it. Day of my procedure I arrived early, I waited 4 1/2 hours past my scheduled procedure time because they said that the doctors were running behind. Finally they gave me some ***** and pain meds and then took me back for my procedure within 20 mins of giving me the meds. I was awake the whole time. When they were doing my waist I didnt feel much. It wasnt until the doctor started doing my stomach I could feel everything. It felt like I was being gutted like a pig. I was crying and begging for them to stop. There were 2 nurses holding my hands and giving me more meds. The doctor stopped a few times and seemed annoyed by it. Finally he finished the procedure. After they gave me quite a few meds I was feeling drowsy after the procedure was over. They got me dressed and I remember feeling blood running down my legs before they sent me home. Honestly It was like I was in a horror movie. I am now 8 months post and I am def not happy with my results. I feel taken advantage of by Sonobello. They advertise pain free procedure all over the place which is definitely not true. The whole experience was awful and I wish I never went ahead with Sonobello.Sono Bello Response

They approved me for the procedure with a hgb A1C slightly over the permissible level. They quickly approved me for credit and took the money. Then, they agreed that the procedure was not satisfactory but now they will not permit the procedure without the A1C level below range. It was okay beforehand when they swiftly got approval for me to get the procedure. Now they want to draw a hard line. They refused to give me a refund of my $5,000 and said the best they could do is $1,500.Sono Bello Response

Do not choose Sono Bello I'm sharing my experience as a warning What began as a hopeful journey turned into a distressing ordeal, with the actual experience vastly different from what Sono Bello Says.Initially, there were scheduling changes, but I finally had my procedure on August 19th. I was uneasy due to the delays, but I trusted that recovery would be smooth and quick, as Sono Bello often promotes. Unfortunately, my reality was the opposite.On surgery day, my doctor explained the plan, including a second procedure for optimal results. I went along, although my initial instincts warned me otherwise. Prior to surgery, I was given a mix of medications, including 2 ***** and 2 *******, which felt excessive. Even so, I took in fear of an overdose.The procedure was hazy and painful. At one point, the pain was so intense I cried out, but I chose to endure, hoping it would be over soon. Afterward, things grew more unsettling; the POW** WENT OUT, forcing my friend to use a phone flashlight to HELP the ******** post-surgery experience was filled with pain, tubes, and an agonizing recovery that IS NOT advertised. I struggled with severe discomfort, swelling, and intense headaches. A frightening incident sent me to the ** with concerns of a blood clot. Fortunately, none were found, but the distress left me ********* my post-op visit, the doctor dismissed my symptoms as normal healing, though I knew this wasnt right. I decided then to cancel the second phase of surgeryI couldnt face more pain. When I asked about a refund, Sono Bello refused, saying all payments were final once the procedure began, even though I hadnt gone through the 2nd phase. I am left paying for services I havent received. I feel abandoned, financially drained, and emotionally exhausted.Throughout this ordeal, Sono Bello offered little to no support. My bills total $8,250. It seems Sono Bello prioritizes profits over patient care, filling canceled slots with other unsuspecting clients.Sono Bello Response

I paid a total of over $15,000 to have 4 treated areas. I had two areas completed at appointment. Decided that I need to be able To use my arms and legs so delayed have those areas treated. After 4 months decided based on first procedure not to have other areas done. I experienced uncontrollable shaking during procedure so much that the doctor kept asking me if I was ok. They proceeded to give me more medication to the extent that I have no memory of leaving office nor having conversations with medical staff. I woke up hours later with no recollection of how I even got in car. When asked for refund they offered less than $400 I have come to the conclusion that they are scamming people out of their money. I am a widow and feel like I was treated as irrelevant! Please go an honest route. Find a plastic surgeon who will be honest with you and not try to give you gibberish to justice their actions.Review from Inga R

I had liposuction on my lower abdomen, upper abdomen, and waist done. The ******* was so aggressive that it put my body in shock for days. That was just the beginning of the nightmare. I had horrible discoloration and still a year later do as well. My abdomen and wasnt are very uneven. I did see another ******* there to see if he could fix it but was told that with how aggressive the first ******* was that he had nothing really to work with. He was able to touch up a little on my back because after the first procedure I had fat hanging on my upper back that looked like breast!Review from Jeri K

I spent over $7000 and was promised a bikini body. Instead I am lumpy, not even on both sides, wrinkly and discolored. They canceled two of my last appointments because of staffing issues. One, when I told the nurse how unhappy I was about the results, she tried to sell me several thousand dollars more of a procedure to help "fix" the terrible results that was their fault! The second cancelation, I didn't go back. A friend had a worse experience at the indianapolis location with the same procedure I did. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!Sono Bello Response

This company did not accurately describe its results. They have all kinds of great before and after photos. They do not manage Expectations for individual patients. I invested $5000 and my results were substandard. Buyers beware if you are in reasonably good shape and looking to tweak your physique.
