We have moved to ****** now. We lived in **********,** for 50 years or so. We had a subscription to the Kitsap Sun for years. This time we had the digital subscription starting in March 2023. We decided to cancel the subscription August 21,2023.Called in September 25th talked to ******, then again 10/5 talked to ******, then again 10/6 talked to Ague. First they said refunds are not given automatically, she would do it manually Then I was told they dont give refunds!Initial Complaint

I paid for my mom to receive newspaper delivery in November, right around Thanksgiving. The paper was delivered for about a week then it stopped. To be clear, she has not received one single newspaper in January, February or March. I contacted the Sun about delivery problems via their website multiple times - it never once resulted in my mom receiving her newspaper, although I did receive emails telling me they would contact the carrier and take care of this issue. I continued to be billed month after month even though they did not deliver one paper. I cancelled the subscription via email and I received a reply saying they cannot cancel service via email. They gave me a phone number. Today I called that phone number twice - listened to the options - said as clearly as I can CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION (or whatever phrase the recording tells you to say of the options available) - and both times it said it couldn't hear me and hung up. This is time-consuming and terrible business practice. They charge you - deliver nothing - then make it difficult to cancel the service. Please intervene.Initial Complaint

I have been trying to unsubscribe from the Kitsap Sun. Their 'unsubscribe' button does not work (attached screenshot of error). On 16Oct22, I sent an email to their website's 'Contact Us' with an explanation of this issue and a screenshot of the error message, and received a form letter reply from someone who obviously had not bothered to read my email. I submitted written notice to the Kitsap Sun to remove me from their mailing list on 17Oct22. I am still receiving these **** spam emails.Initial Complaint

the past week I had 1 paper delivered. I talk to the answering machine and NEVER get this issue solved.have been getting the paper delivered to this address for 30+ years. this is the only year they can't get my MORNING paper delivered
