Contract to install new roof with 30 year architectural shingle- cash weathered wood Landmark Contract dated 5/04/2022 Roof was started May 24th and completed the 26th of May.Since their completion of work I have notified them 3 times over serious roofing issues. The first was end of May after 2 heavy rain storms where my roof in garage showed water on ceiling. ****** sent out two men who claimed all was well. I wasn't happy but told them I would watch that area and report any further damage which now appeared in January 2023.I took photos and texted ******, 3 days later he has not replied back. I sent photos by text, e mailed office and left phone messages. No one responds. I also have a 10 year warranty. This has not been only issue. In July of 2022 not even 2 months after roof installed my neighbor reported a squirrel going under and disappearing. I called ****** and again no reply other than we are not responsible for squirrels. Well around 1st of August 2022 I could hear it inside walls.Called, texted, e mailed and no response. Hired IBEX Roofing who came out and replaced ********, added missing flashing which gave squirrel entry. Faulty workmanship by All County who does not respond to concerns. It was early October 2022 after leaving photos and comments on Nextdoor did ****** e mail me claiming responsibility and saying they would be out.I said fine but I waited 3 months and had to pay IBEX to correct the flashing issue. They promised they would be more vigilant including ******************* whose dad owns the company in addressing any and all concerns. Unfortunately that is not the case since no one including *** has responded to the water now getting in to the garage ceiling area. I just want my money back so I can have a reputable company do the job properly. This has been stressful. I am the original homeowner of 32 years and have never had a squirrel or leak before they installed this roof.I want a full refund.Business response

We have Reimbursed customer all expenses to have another company come out and fix the issues that were in question.
We at All County Roofing are committed to providing the highest level of service and customer satisfaction to all our valued customers.
However,in light of recent concerns brought to our attention, we would like to take this opportunity to reaffirm our company's zero-tolerance policy for any form of verbal, physical, racial, or sexual abuse or harassment directed toward our staff or customers.
Such behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
Maintaining a safe and respectful work environment is of the utmost importance, and we take that responsibility very seriously.
As a result, we reserve the right to deny services to individuals who engage in such conduct. We understand that issues may arise, and we always strive to correct them to the best of our ability.
We take pride in our reputation as a reputable roofing company and have many references that can attest to our commitment to excellence. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best service possible, and we will not compromise our principle of providing a safe and respectful environment.

Any employee or customer who engages in such behavior will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or denial of services. We take all reports of abuse or harassment seriously and will investigate promptly.
We encourage all employees and customers to report any incidents of abuse or harassment immediately to a manager or supervisor. In addition, we provide support and resources to those who have been affected by such behavior.
Creating a workplace where everyone feels safe, respected, and valued is of the utmost importance to us. We will not compromise this principle and will take all necessary steps to ensure that our employees and customers are protected from abuse or harassment.

We have refunded this customer for all work they had done from other contractors for the issues inquestion.

I am replying to the response from All County Roofing .
The only solution at this time is to send me a full refund for the amount of $13,380.90.
This company should have been out to address these issues, no flashing, where squirrel made entry and is back again as of last week.
I have had leak issues right from the beginning and should not have to have a brand new roof look like a patch job.
I am emotionally drained!
Best solution is a full refund where I will use the money to hire another company to remove and replace this faulty roof installed by All County Roofing.
The issues are still not resolved.
Too many issues from the beginning.
They were grasping at straws for reasons by stating I made workplace unsafe.
This is ridiculous!
10 year warranty on workmanship has not been honored.
Two checks to fix issues and still ongoing issues.
Not acceptable on a new roof.
Full Refund and I will be done with them!
