      I went to this establishment for the second time in fifteen years and experienced a problem both times. The salesmen seem to be trapped in the 80s and can't have a reasonable conversation with a female veteran of enough age to not be interested I. The same old, " well little lady". I don't have the ti.e or the patience for this any longer. I have no need to bring a man with me to help me do business. My spouse has little interest in this aspect of life and would prefer not to have to deal with the high pressure sales. What I am saying gentlemen, is that women have their own money. If I clearly tell you I'm paying cash. Do not run my credit report after being instructed not to. Do not treat me as if I'm not experienced enough at life to determine that your salesmen did his level best not to help me, and became agitated when given a clear communication. I won't return and it shod be noted that I purchased 2 additional automobiles from another dealership without the hassles.

      DEFECTIVE VEHICLES AND CROOKS AT BURLINGTON HONDA. Second passport, a second set of electrical issues. My girlfriend has leased a passport with multiple electric defects for a few years when the dealer calls her and offers her a "brand new 2022 Passport". Before she even pays her first payment, the car dies in the airport parking garage when we return from a trip. It has less than 500 miles on it! Please stick with me.We have it towed to another dealer, who "fixes" the issue at her expense. They then say the problem was caused by rodents eating the wiring. She's had the car for less than a month and parks in a secure condo parking garage. She works in the city. If she lived in ******** and had the car for a year, maybe we could believe this happened while she had it.What's more likely is that this car had sat around for a year (it's a 2022) and no one bought it, rodents ate the wiring, so they said, hey let's call this single mother with two small children and **** it off on her, and if she gets stranded at least we make a buck. It also turns out this is a known issue because their wires are soy-based, and rodents like eating them. So after 2 defective Honda vehicles and a problem before the first payment, she asks them to take it back. They have the nerve to say they will, but she needs to pay 6K. A single mom needs a dependable car, and THEY CALLED HER to trade in her other car. So her reward for dealing with Burlington Honda is getting stranded, paying for towing, paying for the repair (if it happened once, it will happen again), missing work, renting another car, and possibly getting to pay these crooks for the whole experience. If you would like to experience something like this for yourself, call ********************* or *************************, they are experienced and willing to waste your time, money, piece of mind, then charge you the cost of a dependable car to experience their trash. When Burlington Honda hands you lemons, make $6,000 lemonade!

      First, we have never actually transacted with this customer until the most recent purchase of her 2022 Honda Passport , also the reviewer is in no way linked to the transaction or the purchase. We are very sorry a rodent entered the vehicle while it was sitting for days at the airport parking garage weeks after her purchase and damaged the vehicle, causing it not to start upon your return, per Honda of ********* diagnosis. The vehicle was on our showroom floor and inventory for 3 months, so it would not be possible this was a pre-existing issue without warning before delivery, nor would it ever be our intent, everyone here at the store went above and beyond including one employee, who was a friend, paying for a rental car while the vehicle was being diagnosed and repaired. Your review poorly captures the story of what happened and falsely characterizes our staff and product, sad when we went above and beyond for the customer in a circumstance that was well beyond our control. Please reconsider your review and tactics to trying to find a resolution, spearing the name of a business and employees to gain an outcome that was no fault of ours is just wrong.

      I went into Honda of burlington here in Washington and was coming in to pay off my 2021 Honda Accord and was persuaded to purchase another vehicle of lesser quality. Within ********************************************************************************************************************* there. The general manager called me to tell me she would not give me my original car back. Again it had not even been 24 hours and I had been calling all morning trying to reach someone in management but they were all in meetings. I just wanted my car back and they refused! Not only was this emotionally damaging but the general manager said she could tell I was upset because I was crying and she said "I can tell your upset so I will let you go" after telling me I couldn't have my car back and me begging to get it back. She was absolutely horrible! She did not need to be rude as I never once raised my voice or anything. I simply begged to have my car back. She said no! Have a good day and hung up. I have always supported Honda and am very devastated that this is how they do business! I would not recommended them to anyone! How could you do that to someone? They simply got the better end of the deal and would not give me my car back and also told me to just take and trade the car of lesser quality if I didn't like it. I'm done with Honda!!!
