On December 12th, 2022, i brought my 2014 ***** sonic into the Chevrolet dealership to have them fix the blower on the heating system. They told us there were other issues to the car, some of it covered under warrenty. Total cost of repair with warrent deductibles was $1,770.50. They worked on several issues including the spark plugs where they found oil in the spark plug ***** and did no further investigation. Blower was not fixed on car. We picked up the vehicle on December 22nd, 2023. The vehicle immediately started having problems where it was misfiring, smoking, overheating, driving very hard. I scheduled an appointment and had the car parked while waiting to tow it in. Around the first week of January, 2023, i towed the vehicle back to the ***** dealership. They informed us there was a faulty wiring harness that they had installed and would replace at zero cost due to it being their error. They also informed us that the k*** on the shift was worn and informed us it would be $200 dollars for the warrenty deductible for them to fix it. We declined. No word on investigating into the oil in the spark plug *****. We recieved the car on or around January 28th, 2023. The entire shifter was now broken, unable to put the car into or out of gear and it was still misfiring. We brought the car back to the shop for the 3rd time on February 2nd, 2023. They told us that the whole exhaust system is now damaged due to it being driven while misfiring. They said that they would need to charge us over $1,200 to "diagnose" the blower issue. They are also saying that the shifter was damaged before we brought it in, even though it was not mentioned the first time it was in the shop and we had no issues with it before or after getting the car back from them the first time. They are refusing to acknowledge they damaged the vehicle and are refusing to fix the issues they caused They are telling us it's our problem and to come pick up the vehicle They refuse to proved further documentBusiness response

I sold my vehicle that I bought from this dealership and filled out a form to get the money I paid into the warranty back, the finance manager ******************* told me that all I needed to do was fill out the form and that Id get the money I paid back, which is about $2,000. I sent him the form back and requested confirmation that it was completed and got no response. He said it would take likely 45 days to get the refund back but it has been well beyond that. I have left several messages with him, and other staff as well as emailed and have gotten zero response, I had my husband leave messages as well. I sent him the form on May 2nd, 2022. Since no one at the dealership is willing to help me or respond to me, I am contacting the BBB to get this resolved.Business response
