Background on today's grooming appointment... during our first appointment in July, we scheduled out appointments for the next year (through July '24). This includes our appointment for December 21, 2023.On the day of the appointment I called to confirm our appointment because we hadn't heard from them or gotten any reminders. I called to confirm and was told their groomer called in sick and they would need to reschedule us. The first appointment that worked for us was ******* 18th.On ******* 17th we were called and told the groomer called out for the next day and we would need to be rescheduled. The first date available for us was now February 13, 2024. I told them this was unacceptable and it needs to be sooner, as they haven't cancelled on us twice in under 24 hours.They got us an appointment for ******* 23 (today). I asked for a discount, as they charge you $75 if you cancel under 48 hours in advance, and we had been cancelled on twice in under 24 hours. They refused.Then, today, this is the result that they charged us $173 plus tip for.No doubt, the worst groom we have ever received for him. I can not believe the lack of service and customer service that this business provides.
