I am delinquent on 1 bill now from labcorp for $306.60 and another bill soon to be delinquent for $415.80. I received the following email from them.********,Your Labcorp bill is now delinquent. Failure to pay this bill will result in a referral to an outside collection agency.You may be required to pay on your past due balance before receiving service at a Labcorp patient service center.Bill information Invoice number: ******** Date of service: 10/31/2023 Patient name: ************************ due: $306.60 The amount due is the patient responsibility after we filed with your insurance carrier.You can pay your bill online or call ************ to pay by phone.I have called that company 3 times starting the 1st week of March trying to get these bills resolved. I have gotten 3 different answers to my question of "Why wasn't my insurance billed for these?". The only common knowledge I learned from them is;-they don't know what they're doing.-they can't change anything anyway.-Sound Sleep Health is the only organization that can correct these bills so I am not being charged for lab work that wasn't done on 10/31/23 and lab work that was done on 12/6/23 but Sound Sleep sent the wrong diagnostic codes along with the request.I have now been dealing with Sound Sleep Health 2 1/2 weeks. I have;-left a message with someone who supposedly can take care of these bills.-sent a message thru their portal.-asked my Sound Sleep advisor for help and she sent an inhouse message asking for my bills issues to be remedied.-talked to someone that knew what I was talking about and would talk to a person that could take care of this.-3/26/24 asked to talk to the manager who is in meetings.On my part, I wanted my PCP to do the lab work. It took Sound Sleep awhile to understand I needed a physical request to hand to her. After awhile I went to labcorp and had the lab work done. If I had known tis would be so difficult, I would had dealt with this sooner.Customer response

I am starting to get information from them. The problem now lies with a company called labcorp. Please close out this complaint.Customer response

I have been trying to get this health business to send the correct diagnostic codes to labcorp (lab blood work). Then ******** and my supplemental insurance will pay a labcorp bill for $306.60 for lab work done 10/31/23. I am in the process of finding a house to by and I don't need this bill to be on my credit report! The *** file attached is an email sent to a manager at Sound Sleep detailing the information they need to tell labcorp and what all has occurred. The incidence that has reached my patience limit is the lie from *** on 6/21/24 at 2:03 PM. She told me she had called labcorp and they were closed. labcorp does not close until 7:00 PM. This is not the first time they have lied to me. I believe you can get more accomplished with patience but it has long since run out.
