      I saw this ad on their website ***Band YOUR Pass, YOUR Wallet, YOUR Benefits ALL IN ONE!I attempted to place $30 on my ***Band to pay for locker rental quickly. Unfortunately, there was a glitch in the system and it transferred $60. When I attempted to use my ***Band to rent a locker, a few employees tried to help me get it to work. They couldn't make it work and referred me to the office. There, I discovered that the ***Band couldn't be used for locker rentals. If the employees don't even know it can't be used there - how was I supposed to? The advertisement said it would replace my wallet while in the park. They even show a person in a bathtub as part of their ad. Where did that person put their clothes? Not in a locker if they didn't bring their wallet!!!I was told that it is mainly for buying food. I told the representative that am gluten free, lactose intolerant and vegan. There is virtually NOTHING I can buy other than slurpies. ******* brought over their manager and they agreed that it would be difficult to spend $60 on slurpies. They gave me a Guest Relations business card and said that if I couldn't use all of the funds by the last day of Fright Night, I could call the number for a refund.I did that. ******* who answered said she didn't think the funds were refundable, but she would check. That was in November. I have called and left messages but never heard back.

      My 17 year old daughter purchased a ticket for Fright Fest for her and her friend online on the Wild Waves site that doesnt clearly and conspicuously say you must be 18 years old. She then went to the park and was denied access because she wasnt 18. She was denied a refund. Getting in touch with a representative is impossible.

      I bought 4 tickets at $40 each, plus a $17 parking pass totaling $181.00 for the Wild Waves water park.My kids and I went on Wednesday Aug. 30th.The first thing we noticed is that well over half of the water slides and amusement rides were closed. I was told not enough staff.Second the unsanitary bathrooms and bird p*** that was on areas where people walked through bare foot before going down slides.The wave pool was open but wavesless most of the time, supervised by "new employees. The deep end was also closed. I decided to get a drink. An advertised Lime ********* for $15. I was charged $17 and asked why. The shot in the drink was $15, the mixer is an extra $2. Before she made it I cancelled the order and asked for a refund to which she said she couldn't. She called a manager and I waited 30 mins. No one came.We decided after 1.5 hours to leave and I stopped by to business office to get a refund and there was told it was submitted and would take 10 days.I also received a text from ***** **** and ***. manager who said he would also ensure my refund would be submitted by him as he was also aware of the issues with my drink.**** and I have been texting back and forth since then and it didn't seem like it was going to be a problem to get a full refund but suddenly he stopped texting me. Hence my BBB complaint.I can provide you with all the texts.

      I'm seeking the $181.00, cost of 4 tickets and parking PLUS the $17  for the drink I never got.

       A total of $198.00. 

      I didnt make that clean in my initial complaint.

      Overcharged on 7/18/2023 by ****** because the park employees failed to properly review my account for free passes. Emailed and called customer service for the past month at least a dozen times, finally spoke with *** on 8/4 and she confirmed via email that a refund would be issued and I still have not received my refund after following up 4 more times after *** confirmed refund was owed.

      Tonight 10/21 I dropped off my 2 teenage children which I gave done previously. Tonight they were not let in. I guess on the page somewhere it says that they need to be 21+. I got back on my computer. It's not on the first page and it's not on the buy tickets page. I was able to find it in the *** page. My issue is that it was not clearly stated and very misleading. We have to make reservations for a certain day and all the manager on site would do is laugh. Then I called and got the same response also with a laugh. I am asking for my refund of $117.58 and for you guys to add these rules on the front page where everyone can see them. I mean in my opinion it's kinda stealing. Another rule that didn't apply to me but maybe you should make it very visible is the 4 children **** The lady in front of me had 7 children, wasn't let in but she got her refund while the manager was laughing at me. I should have gotten names cause these employees are awful. I'm not against the rules on anyway but this year either these were added or actually enforced without clear stated notice. Sham on you! And no refunds or exchanges. After reading all these complaints and reviews which I added to maybe someone higher up needs to get involved. I want my refund
