Urgent warning, I cannot say this loud enough. Stay away from GRC Prime bath under all circumstances. Last October 2023, we contracted with them to convert a tub to a shower. We paid our nearly $7k deposit and were told installation would be scheduled in 2 weeks. Got a call month later from sales *** **** saying some parts were not available and we discussed alternative's and he said he as placing the order. Two more months passed and ****** (owner) calls and tells us they were waiting on financing to come through so they could get our job ordered. Over the next several months it was excuse after excuse followed by no contact or responses. At one point we asked about canceling and was threatened if we did it was a breach and we lose the rights to our deposit. I knew that was false, but I would have had to drag them into court to sort that out, and like LLCs do, they would have shut down ops and moved on. Finally, 8 months after we gave our deposit, we get a call asking if they could do the install that day because they had a cancellation. We were afraid to say no, so they came and installed. The overall work was fine, but nothing great and they installed the wrong color shower walls and moved the shower head, faucets and drain to the other wall without asking. They did not have the barn style door we ordered but said they had a load coming in a week and would be by to install, they held back a grand of what we owed until it was installed, it never happened, and we have not heard from the since. I sent an email giving them until 1 Sep 24 to install the door, they did not so I consider the contract closed and complete. ****** and her son (**** or *****) who is the installer told me so many lies they could not keep them straight. They gave me no straight honest answers to direct questions.

GRC would never promise to install in two weeks considering material delays that continue to exist. The part that **** had mentioned not available was a shelf and we were able to make adjustments to the contract. ****** is not the owner of GRC. GRC has been going through a lot of delays caused by material supply, staffing and yes we have struggled financially. Our contract has a cancellation clause and allows three days after signing. We did offer a last minute install and they did agree. If GRC installed a different color walls than ordered we would never do without the homeowners approval. We are still working on getting the barn door installed. But supply and staffing continue to be an issue. We have high work ethics and struggle finding employees with this same quality. We do not lie to homeowners and we are deeply sorry that the ******** feel the way they do.Review from Tamara B

We signed a contract with this company on October 12th 2024 with a $5900 down payment. To this day (March 4,2025) we still have NOT gotten our shower installation. I am beyond mad, disappointed and thoroughly frustrated. We were told from the salesman that our shower would be installed around the first week of December and of course that has come and gone. We keep being told that they are waiting for our Custom material, I didn't order a custom shower, it's pretty basic but they tell me every shower is custom (LMAO). I've asked what materials they are waiting on and they avaide my questions and won't tell me what products they are waiting on. I've asked for my money back and they won't respond with any response, just saying they are working very hard to get me scheduled. Now today I'm was told it will be another 2 months at least. I'm so angry with this company and don't know what my resources are. Please don't buy from this company unless you're okay waiting for 8 months to a year.GRC Prime Bath LLC Response

***************** did purchase a custom shower system from GRC Prime Bath. We do not install cookie cutter off the shelf products. GRC Prime Bath has communicated to everyone of ********************* inquiries. GRC Prime Bath will not lower out standards to expedite ********************* installation. Unfortunately, the construction industry is still suffering from material delays and the ability to find quality workers. ZERO STARS !!!! My mother put a hefty deposit down the beginning of October 2023. Was told I stall would be December 6th. I called requesting a time and was informed that the materials were not in and they would call us as soon as they arrived. The salesman who did the consultation had called the office to set up that install date. I was told the sales person is not allowed to do that.Long story short, many phone calls with all kinda of excuses, including telling me that ********** for updates is interfering with their productivity. The last time I called ( Feb 13th ) , the lady I talked to was at a home show drumming up business. How can they want more when I clearly see by these reviews, we all have the same issues. Today is February 22nd,2024 and still no information. For my mother's safety, she really needs this walk in shower completed.GRC Prime Bath LLC Response

Her mother did sign a contract with GRC Prime Bath and made a deposit. Unfortunately, GRC Prime Bath has been experiencing sever delays in obtaining materials and has struggled to find qualified installers to do the quality of work we have promised our home owners. ***** has called 4 times today and I could not hear her 3 of the calls so I messaged her to see how I may assist and she asked who I was. We finally made verbal communication and I explained to her we can not install without the materials nor will we allow installers who do not uphold our standards install. GRC Prime Bath continues to work everyday trying to get caught up and are committed to 100% satisfaction of our homeowners. We are extremely sorry for her delay and frustration.Review from Irene B

I am still waiting on my install. I signed the agreement in November 2023, and made a deposit. So far, no work has been done, and I feel scammed. We have a serious medical situation, which required a downstairs bathroom, so this puts us in a bad position. The manager sent an email stating a supply issue, but so far there have been no more responses. We have most of the supplies needed, and all others could possibly be purchased at loans. This company is not operating in excellence, and I wonder if they took our deposit and ran.GRC Prime Bath LLC Response

GRC Did sign an agreement with ************* and we have experienced serious unexpected delays in obtaining the materials. We have not scammed her and are 100% committed to fulfill her contract as soon as we have the necessary materials. We did not take her deposit and run we are still operating and working 7 days a week ***** hrs a day and ask for a little ***** to get the necessary materials and install.Review from Dale S

On 9/25/2023 we finalized our agreement with GRC Prime Bath for a shower/tub conversion to a walk-in shower. The sales rep said it would be completed in 4-6 weeks. "In by Christmas" is what we were told. Nothing but crickets for 2 months. I called and no one answered. I did receive a text that said we misplaced the file so the parts didn't get ordered in time. The next text a week or two later said there were issues with supply chain delivery over the holidays but should be soon. There were two more versions of this message on following texts. On 1/18/2023 I received an email from ******, the general manager, saying the company is going through "unforeseen circumstances that led to unexpected delays" and they are "in the final stages of securing outside investments in the coming weeks that will expedite their ongoing projects, including mine". I went to their office location and it was vacant and locked. I went to the office next door and mentioned that I was looking for the *** bath people and they said "good luck". I sent them another text stating I want the job done or my money (1/2 down for the deposit). I have heard nothing since. If I was able to give zero stars I would do it. GRC Prime Bath is committed to 100% Satisfaction. We send updates via email and have spoken with ********************* several times with updates. We have had experienced delays and had several companies not follow thru on their commitments which has caused us to not meet our deadlines. DO NOT USE GRC PRIME AND BATH!!I would give no stars. In October we paid a hefty deposit and were told the project would happen middle/end of December. That time came and went. We called and they had no time frame. Called again, no time frame and at this point the woman answering the phone is hanging up on us, no one higher up than her will call back. Called again today, Jan 18, with still no time frame and again hung up on. We have asked to talk to someone to cancel our contract but never hear back. We were told you wont be left in the dark and we are. Reading through these other reviews they seem very unorganized and tell people false timelines knowing they will not be on schedule.GRC Prime Bath LLC Response

GRC asks or a 50% deposit when signing contracts to allow us to order materials. We have experienced sever delays ad have communicated several times with ******** and her husband who at one time stated to hold off on the project until Spring. GRC is committed to completing this project as soon as we have the necessary materials and they are available.Review from Caroline B

I GIVE NO STARS - I DO NOT RECOMMEND GRC Prime Bath. GRC Prime Bath does not believe in customer service or customer satisfaction. The company is unprofessional and the workmanship shoddy. I am hard pressed to believe any positive review out there in light of my experience with GRC Prime Bath. Owner verbally accosted the team with profanity, and during the tirades criticized the workmanship/teams competency leaving me concerned of the work being performed. I have never witnessed such inappropriate behavior/unacceptable conduct. After one very loud/profane tirade, owner dismissed the team from the premises. There was never a final walk through and sign off of the work. I wrote the check for the balance out of good faith. I was told, by writing the check, I accepted the work done. **************, *** Branch Manager, came to review work completed from a quality assurance perspective. 7/24, ***** agreed that the work was not up to standard. Last visit was 9/5 to address one issue. 9/6 Upon the removal of the ceiling panel in the primary bathroom, it was discovered that *** did not *************** to ceiling waterproof board. Upon further inspection, the panels wave at the intersection with the shower basin which leads me to believe the preparation needed to install the *** shower unit is not to code. But without tearing out the wall panels, I cannot confirm. I cannot confirm if the *** crew who worked on my home was even qualified! Owner, *************************, fired the majority of them the first day of work at my home (communicated by *******/*****) which indicates to me this was not the first time sub-par work on an installment had occurred. I am out over $18,000 and am left with no possible way to order BCI *** replacement parts. I am saddled with multiple repairs to address. I have photos and further documentation that would cause alarm to any homeowner looking for a company to renovate their bathroom(s).Review from Larry D

First off, we are very pleased with our remodeled Shower / Bath w/glass contracted out by GRC PRIME BATH. It exceeded our expectations.Initially, the sales meeting at our home was comfortable, informative, and low key; did not feel a sense of pressure or "must do now".The process was straight forward; we were told that the materials may take 2-3 months due to supply issues; It took 3 months.The demo and remodel was exactly as described; within one day. We were impressed that something of this magnitude would be handled so quickly and efficiently.Any follow up requests related to changes required to finish the job, after the one day, were handled quickly and with immediate response.Highly recommend.
