I ordered and paid in full in the amount of $1960 for a Four Hands console table from Sea Salt on May 9, 2022. After *****, the owner, said their were several delays from the manufacturer in shipping, he has cut off all communication with me since October 2022. I have tried to send emails and made phone calls, but to no avail.Initial Complaint

******************* of Seasalt Interiors accepted responsibility to transport our new furniture from ******* through ******* Customs, for delivery to our vacation home in *******************, ******. He never disclosed that his business was dependent upon a third-party delivery service & wasn't yet licensed in ******. Some furniture was purchased from his Seasalt storefront. Other items came from other vendors. He instructed that all furniture be shipped to his warehouse in *********, **, & then transported by his team to ****. Our final requested delivery was anytime during the week of 6-28-22, but upon arrival in ****, we learned delivery would be delayed. On 7-13-22 we received a partial ************* item was damaged. We waited again until 7-25-22 for another partial delivery including the damaged but repaired item. At that point it was clear that $3820.03 worth of furniture & import fees, were missing. The missing items are: 4 barstools, queen **** an outdoor set. During our ordeal, communication between ****************** delivery service ********** (**) was inconsistent, confused, & unprofessional. I was asked more than once to send receipts already submitted. We asked permission to look for our furniture in the ** warehouse but were denied. ************ promised that we would be reimbursed by either ** or via his insurance bond for Seasalt. We flew home to *******, ** on 8-6-22, & then between Aug-Nov spent many frustrating hours attempting to resolve the promised refund with ************ & with **. On 11-20-22, ************ texted that he would be in ******* & would hand deliver a check to our home on 11-23-22 (I sent a map pin for his ease to navigate) but he didn't come. Then, on 12-13-22, my husband called & spoke to ************ who said he would mail a check for the full amount the following Monday. We've not heard from him since & no check has arrived. My husband contacted him again, via text on 1-2-23 to let him know we would file a complaint with the BBB -- he has not responded.Initial Complaint

I ordered a table from ******************* at Sea Salt interiors. We waited 5 Months and when the table still had not come in I requested a refund. He mailed me a bad check from his NW HomeSeekers real estate company. I cashed it, it bounced. He stated he would sent a certified check. He then stopped communication with me at every attempt to receive the refund. He is the owner of SeaSalt. As well as a member of NW Home Seekers that he wrote a bad check from. He should not be trusted.Initial Complaint

July 19, 2022. $1,711.00 Ordered a piece of furniture listed to ship early September.Multiple attempts have been made to contact the merchant. Only one response stating the item was going to ship early October. No response since. No item received.Initial Complaint

I ordered a table and chairs April 19, 2022. It took 5 months to ship, and when the set arrived on ****, it was the wrong dining room set, so I didn't accept delivery. The company confirmed the dining set has been returned to them, but I can't get a refund. Interestingly enough, charges that are more than 108 days old can't be reversed on any credit card. I know of 2 other customers this has happened to, so I believe this is the business model for SeaSalt Interiors -- one other customer didn't have any delivery after 5 months and he has been waiting 5 months for a refund. I also see a similar complaint against SeaSalt Interiors here on BBB. The owner is ******************* who is also a real estate agent in King ****** **********. I believe fraud of any kind is not allowed to someone with a real estate license. ********************** is in ******** **.Initial Complaint

Ordered online 12/2021 for 2 sets of chairs 4 chairs total now after 5 months and multiple emails I received 2 chairs just a day ago and now the store dont want to honor his sale I have receipt for 4 chairs because he said he was selling chairs to low and he would be losing money so he is not going to honor my sale and send me my other 2 chairs - my question do he have to honor what I paid for . He is willing to give me my money back once I send chairs back But I dont want my money back I want the other 2 chairs why should I have to pay for his mistake I even have email that he said it was his fault he knew for the last 5 months what was going on so now I have to suffer its not right I want my other 2 chairs is he obligated to honor our sales receipt
