i bought a snap on rachet worth about 210 shipped and when i received the package all that was in it was a receipt from snap on and no rachetBusiness response

I believe this person called our store earlier last week, and I answered. He told me the same thing-that he ordered a tool and the package came empty. I stated- if you have a tracking number showing we shipped it from this store I could help, otherwise you need to contact ***.COM or the place you ordered it from. He did not like that answer, but I can't help him if we did not ship it from our store.
The *** Stores are a franchise-NOT *** related otherwise. We did not have ANYTHING to do with this shipment as we did not ship it for him or to him. He needs to contact whomever he purchased the tool from and have them file a claim.
Sorry, he is having issues, but he needs to go through the proper channels and not falsely report/accuse a business who has nothing to do with any of this to the BBB. I was polite and offered assistance, then he hung up!
