We recently had Bath Planet install a brand new shower for us the other day. Our installer (*******) was on time and very courteous. He did a really great job. The installer also communicated with us on where we wanted the hardware placed and at what height was best for us. Our shower looks beautiful. He did not even stop for lunch or a short break during his time here during the install process. ******* completed the entire install process himself, and he was very professional. Amazing Company. Their team communication is on point. They are fast in response and very fast and efficient in their work. My shower installation guy was very informative, and he was so good and tidy. My tub/shower looks wonderful, very beautiful and crafted. This company is highly recommended. I will use them again in the future for my other shower.

Bath Planet just completed our shower installation. It looks soooo good and really upgrades our bathroom. We no longer need to deal with grout lines and the challenge of cleaning them. We now have a rail to hold onto so we feel safer. The guarantee of the installation for life is very appealing. Plus, compared to other installers who gave us bids, Bath Planet installs OSB behind all the new panels, so we can install future rails for safety anywhere we want. The installation process was well communicated, the installer (*******) was very professional and very competent. We are very happy.

Bath Planet completed a tub to shower conversion for me. The estimator was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and later, after I had signed a contract, responded quickly to my request for a sample of the product for color matching. They completed my job about a month after I made my down payment. It is important to know that homeowners who are repainting their bath need to do so before the installation because the sealant is transparent and not paintable. The installer was wonderful and worked hard. The new shower is beautiful. I would recommend Bath Planet to my friends.

We were really happy with results of the work carried out by Bath Planet of Western Washington. *****, who helped us with figuring out design and costs of two different bathrooms was so knowledgeable and so helpful. That was great! And just as great, *******, the installer, was careful, very smart, able to figure things out and got everything done within the time frame which I thought wasn't possible. Bath Planet's Sales Representative was our first introduction to the high quality of service we were going to experience. He was, most importantly, attentive to our needs and knowledgeable about their products and capabilities, This was the second company we interviewed and we were so confident about the level of service we were to expect, we placed our order that very first day! As anticipated the installation date was set within 6 weeks. The office staff were polite and answered other questions we had regarding our responsibilities to prepare for the installation.Our installer arrived when expected, was cordial and immediately set to task. We were pleased he took extra precaution in respecting our home -- being careful to lay walking tarps wherever he knew he'd have to walk. Despite discovering unexpected moisture and wood rot behind the tiles that were to be removed, *** maintained his composure and did what he had to do, knowing this was going to set his timeline back. Yet, he never, ever let on that he was stressed or struggling to finish the job! He knew what he could and could not do -- and maintained his composure every step of the way. He kept us informed as to his progress, and we appreciated this. We would not hesitate to refer Bath Planet to any of our friends who plan to have a bathtub removed and replaced with a Walk-In-Shower. We are completely satisfied with the product, and are happy we had this done. This is a great company -- enhanced by quality employees!

We were very pleased with our purchase of a walk in jetted tub from Bath Planet. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She was very informative and didnt pressure ** to purchase the tub. The company kept us well informed of the status and installation date. The installer showed up on time and gave us a good overview of the installation process. The tub installation went well . We are very pleased with the tub and we really enjoy it.

Recently I had a tub to walk-in conversion in my daughters bathroom with Bath Planet. ******* visited to our house for the consultation and explained the whole process of the conversion (tub to walk-in shower) explained the price and how long will it take to complete. When the installers arrived on the first day they made sure that all the floorings from the main door to the bathroom is covered with a tarp leaving no mess behind. The installers did this both days. They also ask the house owner how high you want your shower heads and took measurement before the actual installation. I am really impressed with the way they handled the project and now Im going to have my second bathroom replaced by the same company. Highly recommend this company
