I was seeing a counselor from new life services via zoom from April 2021 to August 2021. I was talking to a in network provider and I confirmed that with my insurance and new life before we started. And then I received my first ****, through a text message with a link to pay. I am only supposed to pay for my co-pay everything else is covered under my insurance. I stoped seeing them because my insurance said they have put in numerous claims. So I called office and canceled further appts until this was sorted out. I have called new life and so has my ***************** numerous over the months and never received a call back neither has my insurance company. Now my insurance says I have ****** worth of claims. My insurance said they are billing me with an out of network name and it isnt even the person that I hve been talking to. They are billing under different counselors names that are out of network. I got a hold of someone one time and she confirmed agin that I was talking to an in network counselor and she said they would get back to me, nothing. I have left voice mails and so has my insurance. I have not received any paper bills in the mail or any emails bills only one text ****. So I am not sure what to do next. Hopefully you guys can help.
