Went into this company to get my birds nails and be trimmed was attacked by the owner with chased out by the owner all the way to my car with nothing but a tax she killed my bird while it was there being boarded and tries to lie about itBusiness response

*********************** and ********************* have NEVER boarded any of their parrots here. They purchased a sun conure from ** in 2021. They have purchased items from **, and been given steep discounts at times. In order to board with us they would have had to have filled out boarding paperwork, and paid *********
At Inca's, we have groomers who will help to reduce the sharp points on beaks and nails, and clip wings if necessary. The groomers are self employed and the customers pay them. This is once per week, on Saturdays only.
When I initially met ************** and ************ they had an African Grey Parrot named ***** which they negligently let fly out of their home. I went to their then Covington, ** home and helped to try to find their bird, with no luck. Later either that day or the next someone else found her and brought her to my shop in a cage and we held her for just a couple of hours until they could come reclaim their pet.This was prior to 2021. There was no charge for my many hours of time, nor accepting their found parrot for just a short while.
Apparently this couple made arrangements with one of our groomers to have their birds boarded at the groomer's home. This was outside of anything anyone even knew about here at Inca's Secret. Sadly, I was told the African Grey passed away after about a year of staying there. I know they had asked me about how to keep their birds from eating carpeting. I had given them sound advice regarding what to do to remedy this and I did offer sound advice.
Very recently, ************** posted a very libelous statement on ****** Reviews about our shop having something to do with the bird and the groomer, stating all sorts of untruthful and defamatory things, and that she is "going to ***" *********
So when they waltzed into our shop on Saturday, March 2nd, expecting to get grooming for their birds, I told them they weren't welcome in our shop any longer due to the false and libelous reviews they put on the web, They got all in a **** and started yelling as I was escorting them out the door. I have three video clips of it. As they continued to scream at me, I followed them down the sidewalk and told them again they need to stay off the property. At that time, Mr. ***** pulled out his cell phone, threatening to call the police. I told him to go ahead so I could have them trespassed from the property. He proceeded to argue with me, saying I didn't have the right to do that, which I indeed do. Then he kept calling me vile words, "a C***" and others. Then he told me to come near his truck so he could "beat me up and smash my face in". As I walked towards his vehicle he sped off.
What I do know about the boarding at the groomers house is that the groomer wasn't paid or offered one red cent for all the food and care of those birds. When she found the bird passed away, she immediately took it in for a necropsy and no definitive determination was made. The groomer paid for both the necropsy and the cremation, and had told them they needed to go pick up their ashes.
************** continued to yell at me, stating the groomer was keeping the ashes away from them, which is completely illogical. They have threatened to *** the groomer, and have bullied her to no end, to the point where she felt forced into giving them another bird for free. ************** was also very neglectful in letting her sun conure baby get a toe bitten by their much larger African Grey Parrot.
These people are nothing but arrogant bullies and liars and believe everyone owes them money.
Their statements clearly constitute total libel, slander and are causing defamation of character. I have filed a no trespass order and a criminal complaint against ************ for threatening to attack and injure me physically with the *********** Department. I also have an attorney on board. I very highly suggest that they cease and desist immediately. I can provide video evidence of everything upon request.

I am rejecting this response because: this lady is an absolute liar completely false she lied to you guys completely 100%, she has done nothing but attacked us when we went there to get our ********'s nails done we were so kind and generous she came after us to attack us intentionally something literally needs to be done
