My tenant called to get the furnace repaired and after a tech came to the house and looked things over, told my tenant he needed a new furnace. I (landlord) called another HVAC company to get a second opinion and they found a spider blocking a line and cleaned it and the furnace works perfectly. No new furnace was needed. Now this company is billing me for $179 plus tax for the service call and I feel like they were a blatant scammer. I spoke to the owner and he said it was only a matter of personal opinion about the furnace and I owed the $$ and if not paid within a week he would send it for collections and he would put a lien on my property. I'm ****************** by the blatant scam. This is the second complaint for this company that is ripping people off. Shame on them.Review from Tanya N

Critical: Professionalism ***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY CHARGE 300/HR FOR LABOR*** Called this electrical company to come out and fix some minor electrical work(5 or 6 GFCI outlets and two grounding rods) Were selling our house and really needed the work done before we listed the house. An electrician came out for and spent about ******************************************** our email that had one line that stated Specialized electrical repair $5500.00. When my husband called **** to find out what exactly did specialized electric repair mean, **** said that the labor was going to be $300/hr. Seriously? We really needed this work done. We paid the ridiculous fee of $275 for absolutely nothing and I feel like I was ripped off. Maybe tell the customer upfront that your hourly rate is $300/hr. before you waste their time. (Oh and when we asked for an itemized statement since were paying $275 **** told us no and to pay or hed put a lien in the house.To ****: **** details along with the rate you charge for your electrician is all that we asked you to add to your report and you REFUSED and demanded payment. We only paid you because you THREATENED to put a lien on our property.
