I believe this is a scam company (may be acting as a shell company for other activity). I called the number posted in a magazine called 'Home Concepts,' which I understand to be reputable. The call ran to a person that claimed to be a technician, who redirected me to another phone number. The call was rerouted to a woman who sounded shocked that I called for air duct cleaning services and then proceeded to go through the motions of scheduling an appointment for airduct cleaning services. The day of the appointment there was no contact before or after appointment time. I called the scheduling phone number again and the receiving party sounded shocked that I called for an update. I have reason to suspect that this is not a real air duct cleaning company and the BBB should keep an eye on this business. The cleaning person never showed up and they kept rejecting my calls after.
