I fixed the heater last week Monday, 9 October 2023 by HVAC Technician, *********************. He replaced the couple sensors and heat radiator which can be covered by 5 year warranty. He charged me $220 for replacing the sensors and $165 for the radiator. He said I can get reimbursement from the part that still has the warranty, so he will pay me back $165 from his personal account because, he will get paid in his business account when he returns the parts. But, he still didn't pay or answer my phone or reply my message after he text me last Friday, 13 October 2023 that he will return the part and pay back by Friday. I trust him but he still didn't pay my money back and he is not answering the phone.Customer response

The HVAC Technician name is ********************* and phone number is **************. I don't have his business card and I was referred by my realtor's friend who has relationship with this person.Customer response

He finally returned the part and paid back last Friday. Thank you.
