I hired this company to perform foundation and framing work at my property. Foundation work was done but exterior grading was not finished which was a part of the contract and I had to pay other contractor extra money to finish the job. This contractor/individual ************************* also did not pay the framers and kept the money to himself. Our contract for framing was ***** dollars. ******* did not pay the framer the total amount and still owed them ****** dollars. The framers have filed a lien on my property as well now. *******/ e&d construction is a liar and I would suggest people to not use this company.Initial Complaint

******** and his team were hired to repair some drywall downstairs and to remodel the master en suite bathroom at ******************************************************************** began June 14th, 2022. We were told that the work would be finished no later than Wednesday, June 22nd 2022. After multiple excuses as to why things keep getting pushed back, it is now July 12th. The work has not been completed. ********'s phone has been turned off and we've received no communication/response since Thursday, July 7th, 2022.We need to sell this home so the family can move out of state. ******** told us he understood the urgency and guaranteed us that he could complete all of the work within one week. He also requested that 50% of the job be paid in advance.We just want the work completed, so we can move forward with the sale of this property. We would really like to avoid taking legal action. This is getting ridiculous!Customer response

As mentioned previously, the contractor has returned and is finishing the job. You may close the complaint.
