This business is very unprofessional. The communication with the boss is terrible she only reaches out to you and talks to you when she needs you or needs you to work its very inconsistent with the work. There has been multiple people that have had their own issues with this business and the boss. There was a time I didnt receive my paycheck on time and she gave me the runaround ! I have all provable text screenshots proof of me doing my part and her not doing her part in the end for me to get paid I literally had to chase her down or be on her about my paycheckchecks paystubs and receiving those things that jobs should just be giving out naturally. I had to leave this job because she didnt have a lot of hours to give people or even a full schedule like she would promise she would promise there would be lots of hours lots of job to work lots of money to make Or be made. I left a steady job of two years to come to this job thinking it would be better and it was a lot more stressful and a lot worse than what I was previously doing. I eventually quit and left this job and moved on to bigger and better. I want to report this job because I dont want anyone else to go through what I went through and if anyone else has experienced this they need to report it as well because it is not fair and its not equal
