      DO NOT BUY FROM GEOGE ******* BEFORE YOU READ.(Disclaimer: This is not a *** ***** it is a George Gee KIA Specific *****. I enjoy *** products and service standards Which are not being used at this location. I do not know how far this form of operation goes up but with my buying experience there I would at get rid of everyone there manager or the read head man with glasses posing as the manager and down they are unethical or been trained up wrong hope it doesn't go higher then that. Be ***ful) We prepreviously had a purchase experience with George gee kia and it was terrible. We wanted to share after seeing what the full experience was after owning the *** for a while. 1. They had us send our identification can ss ***d to a fax number on their business ***ds that was not ever theirs any more and was out dated on all their ***ds, but still active. So our personal identities got sent to some random person.2. They tacked on a bogus nonsense fee (found out later from a couple other dealership we bought ***s from) of 10k the same as our down deposit so they could pocket the money. (There is no SUV, Sports Car, MiniVan Fee that's happens to be the same as your deposit if they try to tell you that. They just pocketed your money) Which made us after a couple years of paying on it still upside down on our vehical. 3. They made zero contact with us after they sold the vehicle and all mailings for us to the wrong address including the the payments even though we told them it was incorrect several times. 4.They didn't even know the features of the vehicle they sold us or just plain lied about it.We went back and told the manager about all these *****s and he said no***** could be done. Found through other *** *** purchases at other dealerships that *** has customer service standards that were not followed by George Gee. We were not walked to the departments they did not set us up a service appointment, and they did not know or lied to us about the vehicles features.

      I took my 2023 Kia **** phev touring in for a problem on its one year old warranty claim told the service advisor ********************* that the high voltage battery has to be fully charged and on incline forward or backwards. Then try and drive it up the incline. It will lurch and buck. And not go. And sometimes roll down till you put the brake on.. I even showed him two videos of the car doing this showing that it was on electric only no gas engine. As I started to walk away to the lounge area, he said looks like we have to charge the car first and I said yes.. five hours later he handed me the paperwork and says no problem found. After getting home after dark then check my dash cam. As soon as I left the service advisor, the car was quickly taken outside and parked, not plugged in. At 11:02 they brought the car and change the steering wheel that needed a new one put on and did a service recall then proceeded to drive it on the gas engine. I told him there was no problem with driving it on gas and the battery was totally depleted at this time, so of course no problem found they didnt do what they said they was going to do. at 12:15 they park the car outside again. at 14:48 he came and told me and my car is ready and no problems. I asked him why they didnt charge it we didnt have time they had an asked me. How long does it take to charge the car? Can you get the car to us on a full charge? I saw that I was in trouble one month later I traded that car off for a new car a BZ4X . They didnt want to find a problem because they couldnt fix it plain and simple.

      Stay away!!!!!! My mom purchased a 2012 jeep from them they promised the world and spit in he face. She has nothing but issues since her purchase. Airfilter not connected, alternator, struts, driveline, ac, oil pressure, starts sometimes. This has been going on for a year. Well they said they want to make it right. We show up expecting to meet the girl who we have been dealing with nope she was off. The made a new guy help us who was great! I hope he finds a better place to work. They then proceeded to tell us that because of the problems they would give her $5,000 dollars what a joke. Please don't buy from them. Spread this to anyone you know please they will take advantage of you.

      We have done business with George Gee for several years, and as our 2012 Kia ****** was coming up for servicing, 2 weeks prior there was notice of a ticking noise when excelerating, at that time the car was parked and appointment made for a week or so out. My husband drove ot to the dealership th8s morning,he'd already explained of the ticking noise before even driving it fir the appointment at 8am this morning, as there were no warning signs of anything wrong, so before he even made the appointment I'd dine alot of homework on what would likely cause this out of the blue. As I said it was parked in our driveway soon as this started. When he drove it over this morning, they has told him there were no diagnostic readings for this issue, and continued to say that it was most likely that the motor was shot, or in need of major repairs looking at around $7000. This is just totally ridiculous for them to even think that the problem was so major, as it's been in for services ever since it was purchased, on time, and even before. My God it was just coming up due for normal servicing, and the car hadn't been driven since the first sign of this tick while excelerating. This is a major concern, as I've done enough research, and have had them tell me that my engine was shot on my Camaro, and ****** Exterra, when in fact that was not the case. The Camaro had a fuel pump issue that has to be addressed elsewhere, and the Exterra had bad cadiletic converters, also that had been diagnosed elsewhere. Now I am awaiting their final diagnosis for the **** And to be clear this vehicle has been serviced with them at the time needed, or even sooner than the actual date or reaching the mileage reached, and has been driven less in the past year than the entire time we've owned it. Will see what becomes of this issue before filing a complaint here. For the issue, that acured when we stopped driving it hadn't been driven far to cause major problems. Should be hearing back soon.
