  Did not complete work Said they would come back to complete the work I paid them 10k to do my bathroom in contract They have disappeared and not finished the work and continue to give me excuses The work they left is not complete, it up to code and will cause further damage to my home if they do not complete it They basically took my money and did a crappy job and then disappeared with promise to come back in a week, its been 3 months Faucet is too high up and spalshes water all over they needed to redo the pulling before they put up tile. They grout work is totally uneven and the tiles are uneven The shower head leaks when you turn on the bath faucet - causing water to go everywhere when we try to take a bath. The caulking along the bath to the tile never sealed and it cracking. They drain constantly leaks so you only get to take a bath for about 10 minutes before it leaks all th water down the drain I gave them a lot of money and have a contract that they did not complete. They have been giving me excuses as to why they have not come back for almost 3 months now They never finished painting the bathroom they did one coat and never touched up trim edges or anything

  1. The original agreement we ere using your old fixture. You gave us the new fixtures after your walls were tiled.  I agreed to put them in and told you at the time we were going to use your existing plumbing to save on cost in the event. we didn't want to pull all of the new tile off the wall.  Your new fixtures are in the exact location of your old ones.  I'm also the one that told you at time the faucet was too high and should have been lowered again it would have meant all the tile would've needed remove in which you didn't want to pay for.

  2. The caulking around the tube is because you kept taking baths when we asked you not to.  You admitted this to me when i asked you about it.

  3. Grout and tile first time hearing of any issues.

  4. leaking drain not sure on that either because the last time we were there you couldn't get it to drain the water.

  5. We want to make you happy, but when things get changed in the middle of job it does add cost. we would be happy to correct issues but we need to come to an agreement on whose paying labor and material to lower your faucet. I did send you a work order on this and have heard nothing from you until I saw this.
