I tried to buy a vehicle from them. However, the salesperson tried to lure people to place huge amounts of deposit on the vehicle before signing any contract. They only told you the circumstance that the deposit is refundable but avoid to mention when the deposit is non-refundable. If you place the deposit, then they will use all kinds of excuses to get rid of returning the deposit to you.Business response

purchased vehicle online no warranty. ****** stated it was inspected by their mechanic and was im good working condition. Immediately upon receiving the vehicle through transport I noticed white smoke form the exhaust and excessive oil consumption. Upon mechanic diagnosis at my own expense , the vehicle needs a motor rebuild estimate between 3 and 5 thousand dollars. also had faulty throttle position sensor , 350$. seller is refusing to assist or even respond.Business response

*** purchased this **** Mustang BOSS 302 back in June of 2022. He initially had some minor issues with the car and we recommended he take it to his Local **** Dealership for diagnostic and repair. Based off of the recommendations made by the **** dealer we approved all repairs and paid in full on behalf of ***. After the **** dealer performed repairs the vehicle stopped running completely and needed to be towed. We fully serviced and inspected the Mustang prior to sale and delivery and it was in perfect working order. We encourage *** to reach out to the **** Dealer who performed the repairs and ask the warrant their repairs as they caused further issues. We have not heard from *** since November 3rd 2022.Initial Complaint

I'm active duty military found a car with this dealership and was told the car was in good shape. I paid to have it ship to me. The car needs 17 000 dollars in work. Dealership refuses to ************* and told me to use my warranty. The warranty company refused because it was pre existing issues. The dealership refuses to do anything.Business response

I am writing in response to compliant ******** on behalf of Quality Auto Center.
The vehicle ********* purchased went through a full safety inspection and service prior to purchasing the vehicle. We spoke with him and his parents on multiple occasions explaining that the issues being presented by the *** dealership in his area include the services we had already performed.
************** claims the vehicle needs a new turbocharger, Valve Cover Gasket, timing chain, etc.
Quality Auto Center replaced the Turbocharger and valve cover gasket amongst other service items prior to ********* purchasing the vehicle. We rode tested and added close to 50 miles before delivery.
Based off of that, we believe ********* may have pushed the *** 340i beyond its intended limits which caused further issues. We find it hard to believe a newly installed turbo and valve cover gasket go bad upon his delivery while no issues occurred in our possession.
We did not ignore him by any means. We have taken his phone calls and worked with him to find a resolution. We recommended finding an independent shop in ******* to reduce costs.
Zaccheaus recommended a shop nearby so we approved a diagnosis from that shop. That shop claimed it was out of their scope of work and could not complete any repairs as they specialized in Subarus.
Quality Auto Center then located an independent European shop in ******* to perform a diagnosis.
They agreed with majority of what ************** stated but noted that not all items are needed to get the vehicle functioning and driving. They also noted that the parts needing replacement were newly installed and that the vehicle may have been pushed beyond its intended limits. Regardless, we asked they quote us on items to get the vehicle running.
They sent a quote for $5862.69 total on 5/25/23.
Quality auto center agreed to pay $3k towards the repair.
We are still willing to contribute $3k towards repair. Either to the shop directly or in a check directly towards Zaccheaus.
