Our issue is with the associated business run by Speedway Chevrolet called "Speedway ** Center." We purchased our ** new from the business in July of 2021. On our first trip in August/September of 2021, we noticed there were manufacturing errors. We scheduled an appointment with Speedway **'s service center on October 12, 2021 (an appointment we had to wait a month for). The service center has had our ** since that time. We have called repeatedly on a regular basis for timelines, which were never met. The ** center told us repeatedly they would call when it was complete - which never happened. The center was informed we wanted to make a winter trip with the ** they promised to have completed months ago, and they continued to lie about when it would be completed. When calling to complain about the quality of customer service, the manager informed us that it was ready a week ago and they just never called. This took away our opportunity to not only use the ** at ALL during this time, but also purposefully and spitefully ruined our trip planned for Christmas. And, even though we were told it was ready a week ago, they still are saying they cannot have it available for pick up until perhaps tomorrow. They did not communicate any of their procedures and they kept our ** for an unreasonable time for the amount of servicing that needed to be completed. It seems as though they had no attempts or intent to complete service in a timely manner and that was not communicated to us. The manner in which we have been treated is highly unsatisfactory and unprofessional. We were never given any paperwork or receipts to prove the service would be done or that it would be evaluated and we would be contacted.Business response

Sorry for the issues you are having with your RV and Speedway RV Center. I talked to my Service manager last week and discussed your situation. I asked ****** (service manager) to reach out and resolve any issues or have a plan to resolve any issues with your RV. She told me that you and she have figured out a game plan and are resolving any and all problems you are having with your RV and RV Center.
