on 1/22/24 i purchased a car wash from Sun Splash car wash. Attendant waved me into the car wash position and instructed me to put my jeep in neutral and to take my hands off the steering wheel. I followed the instructions, and the car wash began to push me through the wash system. About 2/3 of the way through the wash, i looked through a sheet of water and saw the truck ahead of me was not moving. The car wash system pushed me into the back of the blue pickup truck. Everything stopped. After a short time, the truck ahead of me began to move, and was able to leave the wash. I was still not able to move, at this time an employee approached and told me to hang on, she moved away and the system began to move. When i excited the wash, no blue ************ noticed my front license frame was bent. I started for home, and a mile or so out, my Jeep warning light indicated my front sensor was not working. When i get home, i looked under the front bumper, and the sensor had been pushed in and out of alignment. I immediately called Sun Splash, where the employee said she'd have the manager call me back. I asked her for security camera footage, and at this time she said the cameras haven't worked for week. The Manager never contacted me, I had to contact him. After a number of phone calls with the manager, and my insurance company, Sun Splash has refused to take responsibility and work with my insurance company. The estimate of damage is between $1450 - $4500, depending on if the sensor needs to be replaced. Plus, I have $500 deductible. I feel Sun Splash needs to repair / repay my 2015 Jeep
