I ordered 50 Giant Orange Sunrise tulip bulbs, 11/05/22. They arrived 11/16/22. I immediately planted them. After planting, my friend, said the bulbs sent were dead. I sent a photo of dead bulb to tulips.com with my complaint. Since then, I have sent article of how to identify dead bulbs to tulips.com and asked for refund. I have not heard from them.Customer response

Hello,
Please see the attached documents showing the correspondence with customer *************************** and confirming that the refund was initiated on 11/18/22 (completed on 11/22/22). The correspondence shows the customer reaching out on 11/16/22. After which, we inspected all Giant Orange Sunrise bulbs to make certain there is not an issue with those in our warehouse. We then responded to customer on 11/17/22 thanking them for the information, asking a few questions to clarify, and stating we could certainly refund them if the bulbs were from us. 11/17/22 (at 5:00pm) the customer responded and unsatisfied. 11/18/22 we confirmed we would refund them and initiated the refund through our payment portal. This refund was then showed complete on 11/22/22.
Our goal is always to provide the freshest of product with the utmost quality. If a customer is unsatisfied, we take it upon ourselves to do all we can to make it right. Thank you for your time and please let us know if there is anything else we can do.
