hello,Fischer Plumbing installed a new toilet in my home on August 8, 2022. I received the invoice by the end of the week. The "materials" charges were higher than I was expecting, based on the verbal quote I received when scheduling the service. The total for materials is listed on the bill as $494.27, these charges are not itemized on the bill. I was quoted that the total for materials would be $325 for the new toilet, including the seat. I first called Fischer on August 15, I said I had a question about my bill, I was transferred to Accounting, my call went to voicemail, I requested a call back. I hadn't heard from them by August 17 so I called again. I explained that I had concerns about the charges on my bill, that I wanted to received an itemized bill for materials) and I was again transferred, I'm not sure where. I left a more detailed voice message. My call was returned and I spoke with a Fischer employee. He was able to see an itemized list of materials and said that it included a soft close toilet lid, for a cost of around $70 (I can't remember the exact amount that he quoted), he also said that the remainder of the additional materials costs were for items including a new wax ring. I informed him that I had not ordered a special toilet lid, I was told that a regular lid was included in the $325. I also informed him that I was not told that there would be additional materials charges for misc. items. He said he would follow up with his staff. Not hearing back, I called again on August 29, my call was again transferred and went to voicemail. I requested an update on this overbilling. I haven't heard back from them as of September 6, 2022. It's been over 3 weeks since I first inquired about my bill, I'm not sure what to do next. By my calculations, the overbilling is in the amount of $169.27 plus tax. Thank you for any help you can provide.

We have made the adjustment as requested by the homeowner on this invoice, removing all of the material costs other then the toilet itself.

      Thank You

****** called to replace and relocate furnace& hot water tank. After a month, they have started the project on 03/17/2022. I signed and pay 50% from the total $13,700. I have been told the project will be completed in 2 days. I wrote this on 03/18/2022 5:30 local time. **** supervisor assigned to me was nice andhelpful until we get their business. I happened to have ring door cam in my garage and saw **** marking on garage wall to install tankless heater. I called and nicely asked to move it to the right far corner of wall. They mounted on the wrong location anyways. As a paying customer, I asked again this and other concerns I have to him. The response I get from him was unexpected. He told me this is not like hanging picture, you have to be here to tell us and hung up on me 2 times. I spent a lot on this project so I had to leave my job drove 20 miles to my house. Something in expected happened. There of the main heating guys are upset, cursing and regret to come to my house. At this point I became speechless and be prisoner on my own house.I asked I shouldnt be treated like this because I have it all on my ring cam. Until I wrote this complain which is 5:30pm local time. No one contacted me from ****** to tell me whats going on with this project. I texted and give call for the 2 contacts I have but they did not reply or call back. I know they changed the layout for the job from the original but Im afraid to ask. They left my house around 4:30pm. Im working late and my family including 2 toddlers not sure what is working or not. Per my friend tankless supposed to be done but they didnt finish the furnace and it seems like I have to wait till Monday 03/21/22. I know one of main worker had to leave for dental app. @3:30pm. Job took longer days, first plan on job has been changed and most importantly they might install furnace with this anger issue to put my family safety in danger and purposely left incomplete job to hurt me financially. HELP!!!
