Olympia/Lacey Comfort Inn May 20-June 2 ********* forced me into moving rooms making up a every week a customer is here they must switch rooms.The created a room key for someone who was not listed on my room, or given my permission to enter, as well as didnt have ID .They charged me a $150 DEPOSIT for A STAINED TOWEL. And then they accused me of having a cat, after forcing me to move to a disgusting room.I explained I was here because I was supposed to get my mom from chemotherapy, she has five cats she adores and so five cats traveled with me. Her blood cell count was off and unfortunately had to stay. I had to relocate her cats into boarding for the month, while I stuck around hoping shed get better. There was likely hair on me, and my bag- these are long haired cats. I dont have the money after paying over 2k at your hotel, to afford that 150 and drive to see my mom. All Im asking is for my 150 back.Customer response
